Slumlord. Their building are old and have severe and persistent electrical issues because the wiring is old. I been living in their apartments for a year now and I never have AC because of the severe and persistent electrical issues. Nadland a management has no maintenance department. Nadland uses private small self-employed people to do maintenance on their buildings. The building I am in is rat infested, has severe termite issues; plumbing and electrical issues. Miami Dade County need to shut this building down and stop renting to people and sanction the owners until they fix the issues. read more

Extremely disappointed with Nadlan Management's lack of service and attention to renters. I've been renting a property managed by Nadlan Management in North Miami, and the experience has been frustrating. The A/C system has had ongoing issues almost every week, leaving tenants to deal with unbearable heat for days and night-- especially in Florida's climate -- and maintenance requests are either ignored or take far too long to be resolved. Despite multiple follow-ups, there's been little communication or urgency to fix the problem. Tenants deserve basic living conditions, and reliable air conditioning is one of them. Unfortunately, Nadlan Management has shown very poor responsiveness and concern for residents' comfort or well-being. now , 1:45 AM , no one can sleep . I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Nadlan to make sure they're ready to deal with delayed maintenance and a lack of accountability. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. I was not going to write any reviews but since they now want to hold my deposit and are trying to charge me an additional $1,000.00, I'm now very upset. I've been a tenant of theirs for about three (3) years now at 1319 Meridian Ave, and I've no issues besides normal maintenance concerns. Such as termites swarming, water leaks from the AC, etc. I recently found black mold in the kitchen at the end of this September, which they failed to acknowledge nor assist with. As well as fungal mushrooms growing from the floor boards, beneath the AC, that I address to them back in May of this year. As well as paint peeling off the walls. They proceeded to label these maintenance requests as completed, when no one actually responded nor assisted, and absolutely no work was completed. I did not feel safe in my apartment and after writing numerous letters, complaints, and calling them. I've given up and moved out. Now they're trying to hold my money and charge me additional. This is just one of the multiple times they failed to assist with my requests or complaints. They do not care about tenants. They purposefully email you from email addresses that, after a certain time period, no longer accept responses and the emails bounce back. They make it literally impossible to speak to anyone. read more

Nadlan management never take care of renter of customer , they don't care about maintenance, when you request a maintenance , they never make a follow up with technicians to repair the issue . And that situation is last for me more than two months for a stove replacement in north miami . read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I moved from 13780 ne 3rd Court in March 31 after staying for a year and wasn't going to write a review about my experience BUT since now they will not give me back my deposit I will. Upon first look at the complex it seems nice. However the gate was broken the entire year I stayed there, maintenance requests of which there were several was ignored and never fixed such as the fridge, pantry door and mailbox. For the last 4 months I lived there I could not get into my mailbox (this happened twice btw) unless I stalked the mail man and had him let me in. When I called about getting it fixed I was told to just wait to check my mail when the mail man was there. And the roaches....... Enough said. There were always people hanging out in the hallways and in front of my apartment smoking various substances and making noise at ALL TIMES of the night. The apartment upstairs apparently housed a zoo and there was all types of thumping and scrapes and screaming going on. In addition to that they CONSTANTLY dropped the trash from upstairs so that my patio looked like a garbage dump and eventually I got tired of cleaning behind them and just left it there. At the time of my move out I still couldn't get into my mailbox, the pantry door was still broken, the central heat never worked and the fridge was making odd noises. I cleaned that apartment before I left the only thing needed to be done was maybe a sweep and mop. The walls needed to be painted because while I speckled the parts of the wall that had holes from the hanging pictures it needed to be painted over..... that's it. Imagine my surprise when I FINALLY receive a letter in the mail today concerning my deposit telling me I'm being charged for apartment cleaning, service call, fridge repair and wall repair. It actually states I owe them money!!! HOW?! From my 1850 deposit paid your refusing to give me back any of my money. When I call to discuss this I'm told the lady who handles this is out and they don't have any idea when she will return...... ok read more

And in the evening an agent calls me and says that they gave the apartment to someone else. Living in NYC, work was bringing me to MIA for a project lasting 2 months. Finding a short term was near impossible! I came across Nadlan and made the call, as I was only in town for 2 days, and wanted to lock something up asap. I went to the office, but it seemed like they were having a hectic day, the Manager came out, as a rude lady was screaming at the receptionist and masterfully calmed and resolved the situation. It was incredible! In the same breath, without missing a beat, he stopped what he was doing to sit and talk with me about what I needed. He wasn't able to assist me with a short term rental, which I expected given the calls I had been making. What really impressed me was his willingness to help, his knowledge of the business and how he interacts with his clients and just as important, his co-workers. Adam even called me over the weekend, before my flight, to check in and wish me a safe trip home. He wasn't able to help me, so he had nothing to gain from taking his personal time to call me, but he did. For me, that alone speaks volumes about the management and of this individual. I am living in a property run by Nadlan in South Beach and so far I'm loving it. It was a quick move-in/approval process and when my son and I came to their office in Overtown to get the key, everyone was very friendly to us and made my toddler feel very welcome. Rent is easy to pay... You literally just download an app and pay it right on there. You can also use the app for maintenance requests if they are needed. They take great care of the property... I've already seen someone come check on the pipes, a monthly bug man, and the grounds are always nice & clean. Rent is not crazy expensive for the area, which is great because currently I'm a single dad. So far my experience with Nadlan has been nothing but positive! read more

Not the best. Turned in apartment and got charged $65 for "missing" smoke detector when it was given to maintenance guy. Called to fix in error and got attitude and no call back. Place is infested with roaches and even though they come to spray, it does nothing. read more

HORRIBLE PEOPLE - do not take care of their properties or their tenants - Have been sick in my apt from mold the whole time here and remember when I first went to get my keys there was a lady in the office complaining she just left the hospital from mold exposure from one of their rentals. Upon moving in I immediately had numerous service complaints. 20 in total in my 8 months here - three still not completed. One complaint was mice problems that never fixed internally just put up some wood boards to block them. They are still there just behind the boards under the sink. Owner is very overbearing does not know how to deal or talk to people or listen. Acted like they cared this whole time during Covid but as soon as they lifted the eviction ban Oct 1st they brought up eviction papers for anyone pass due regardless if it was only a month and a half or less due. Claimed they put eviction papers on my door but they never did. Liars. Sent everyone who needed help - help info with Covid program but put evictions the exact same day. . They have my deposit and last month but wont put towards my balance of a month and a half to help out in these times. Would rather put a female on the street during covid and the holidays. Such great people! . DO NOT RENT HERE! Take your money and rent from people who fix your apt and that have compassion! Also note from past neighbors who moved they will use every excuse to keep your deposit!
