I bought a beautiful house from them in December 2020 only to find immediately after several MASKED latent construction defects. I notified them immediately and they send their project manager Carlos twice, who acknowledged all the claimed defects as improper work and honestly was embarrassed of the work their crew did. He promised they would start sending the workers to fix the issues, everything from improper (hollow) tile installation, plumbing and electrical defects. After that Ghost, I followed up several times and finally they respond once I get an attorney involved stating they are not responsible as the house was purchased "as is" which is correct but since they did the remodel their contractors are still responsible for defective work but I cannot get in contact with any contractors, probably because there were no real contractors again just handyman. They sent a plumber that disclosed to me he was asked to install a vanity which almost fell on one of my children, he advised them he is a plumber not a carpenter and they told him just put it up however you can "WE NEED TO CLOSE THIS WEEK". TOTAL Lack of professionalism, honesty and just morals as human beings.
