Been waiting 4 months for my Nissan Pathfinder to be repaired from March IceStorm, furious non stop delays! When I said a month ago I would go elsewhere, I was told I would have to pay restocking fees for all parts. My vehicle was bumped to July 28th because of staff shortages because of holidays. Now today I get a email saying have to bump to August 5th because of paint booth is down! Here I am 4 months after the icestorm and still waiting and having to drive my new Nissan Pathfinder with a broken windshield passenger side, smashed hood and lots of tree dents on doors and roof!! Biggest nightmare ever so upset ! Unless you don't need your car for 6 months I would go elsewhere read more

Trina is the only thing good about this company. The owners Rob and Lindsay need to step up and take are of there employees and customers. The constant change or answers for my truck, for the 3 months they had it was never the same the story changed every day. Once my truck was done there are 2 items not done correctly. I was told not there problem, because the dealership did that part of the repair. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have know Lindsay a long time and they both need to do better. I took my Mercedes SL500 in to have a repair done after a friend backed into it. It was a small dent and some scratches. It needed the fender and a lower body panel painted. I went in twice before the car was dropped off to explain that I wanted quality work, I was worried because I had had bad paintwork done in the past and I didn't want to have the same experience. This is a 23 year old summer car only driven on nice days. I was disappointed when I picked it up to find overspray on the door, a pit on the fender in the new paint, the rubber seal between the bumper and fender was painted because it was poorly masked off, and the lower body panel still had the scratch, it hadn't been fixed. When I contacted them they said they didn't do the lower body panel to save me a few hundred dollars, and they hadn't understood that I wanted a quality repair! They explained that they quoted me a price for basic paint and it should have been quoted as a restoration which would have been more costly. Not once did I say to them that I wanted it done cheaply, I had only told them that this was a car I was keeping forever and I wanted it done properly. In their defense they did offer to take the car back and repaint the fender, but the work was so sloppy that I don't feel confident letting them touch it. I'm giving them two stars because they did admit the work was bad, and they did offer to redo it. If you have a car that is special to you look elsewhere for paintwork. If you want a cheap repair done and you don't care if it's sloppy you might be satisfied. read more

Not recommended. Had a terrible experience with this business and specifically the owner. They attack their customers and "blame" them for issues, the same defensive tone that comes through some of these responses to online reviews - they have no idea what customer service is. My husband was verbally attacked by the owner who in the end said, "well, maybe we don't want your business- we've got lots of work here, and don't need it." What happened was, we brought our car in, received an estimate (verbally and never in writing or by email, like they say in another online response, despite being asked). We called and gave the green light to go ahead with the work. The woman on the phone says ok we'll set you up. And we never heard back and we waited, knowing parts were hard to get and assuming they'd be in touch. Three months, yes 3 months, pass and my husband goes in to check on progress, to learn there was no record and the work wasn't started. Our car was left in their back lot rotting away while no one initiated the work. My husband gets referred to the owner and manager and then gets told it's on us for not completing the paperwork. Hilarious. They offered a cash job btw ;) and said nothing about signing paperwork. Then the owner and my husband verbally get into it where the owner is aggressive, angry and blaming us for the issue and closes with "maybe we don't want your business". Next day, we decide we can't continue a business relationship after being treated like that. We pick up our dismantled and unrepaired car with now a dead battery. They try to charge for storage (unbelievable since apparently we didn't exist and we never needed storage), 1 hour work for estimate and our tow. This is said by the woman who didn't initiate our paperwork to commence the job btw. We pay for 1 hour work and tow, just to part ways and to end this tragic ordeal. Worst business experience ever. They're right, they don't need our business - so they treat clients like garbage. Miscommunication happens, but we were treated poorly in this exchange with the owner, no professionalism about the situation, no restoration, no taking responsibility, no customer service. The manager attempted to diffuse, too little, too late. But in the end, maybe they have no record of us and are defensive because they know cash jobs are tax fraud. I'm sharing our experience so that potential future clients can know how they'll be treated by Nadueau's. read more
