Guess what ?? they didn't follow my instructions/request and we now have over 150 lbs of bulk hamburger packs.... We did receive our other cuts of steak, roasts, etc.. but they must have not felt like doing the work to process the shaved steaks, hamburger patties and cube steaks, or the person that took my order just screwed up !! This is not the way to run a business. I will never use this processor again and if you have a beef supplier/farmer that you buy beef from, insist on using a different processor.

The nice thing about here is it is not community meat, the meat you drop off is your meat in the hotdogs when you pick it up which is very appealing. I brought venison to the shop to get turned into cheese hotdogs. When I picked up my order everything was very professionally vacuumed sealed and each individual hotdog package had very clear information and labeling. You may end up getting more final product than originally quoted but the family ownership is great and flexible to work with when it comes to scheduling drop off, delivery and price point. Overall, I think the quality of the product for the little higher price point is worth it and to support a local business.
