The very curt employee who asnwered the phone said that in order to do that, they would have to do a complete vehicle inspection for $90. I explained that I do not want a full vehicle inspection and would like a rough estimate for the bearing replacement. The answer was "No". So let me get this straight: They are willing to give up the business of anyone who refuses services that they did not ask for...... This is a ridiculous policy and yet more evidence that Firestone is a horrible company to deal with. I have yet to have a positive experience with them.

With what I was able to save, I also had them put in new airbags, braking system for my car, fix my entertainment system and upgrade my climate control thermostat. They able to schedule me quickly and saved me a bunch. I was able to talk directly with the mechanics, who were knowledgeable about Foretravels (previous employees) and generous with advise and information. When they found an electrical problem to be only a fuse, they didn't charge me. Highly recommend OTM and will go there again.

The parts cost 250, they charged 640 in Labor!! There hourly labor cost is 140 an hour!! OUTRAGEOUS!! I researched the cost of an ICP sensor replacement and found they average 300-500!! This place is a rip off!! They charge 4 1/2 hours for a job that should take no longer than 2 hours!! I'm a retiree on a fixed income and don't appreciate being ripped off by Wells Automotive!! Every time I will call this lady will say that they are out to lunch every single time then they told me they need this part for my truck and they couldn't find it so I drove three hours to bring it to them and three hours back home and they did not even use the part they use what was on the vehicle already and then a couple of days later I called them to see if it was ready and they said it was ready. They're so worried about their money instead of repairing someone's vehicle, I drove to go get my vehicle and on the way back home I was having to stop because there was problems to sum up this review I paid almost $1000 for the truck repaired and I brought it home and they created more problems that I have to get fixed oh and on top of that I wish I would have pictures to show y'all. They put 27540R20 tires on the right side of my truck and then 275/45R20 on the left side which I thought was pretty dumb. and also they did something to where my reverse lights will not turn off at all.

My son and I wanted a new Raptor and this Simone of the few dealerships in the Inited States that does not "RIP YOU OFF" and add $5000 on top of the Raptor's MSRP. The truth is we found several dealerships between here and California that will also sell their Raptor's at MSRP but the sales guy we met over the phone was what I call first class. I don't want to use his first name because I don't want to violate any of Yelp's guidelines so let's just say his name could also be your favorite type of pasta dish. LOL On top of that we were created by two different super nice people just walking in the door and then we met the general manager. After we kind of met everyone we then really got to see what a great dealership this is. I can't say enough about how awesome we were treated, at first I really was regretting flying from California all the way out to the middle of Texas but at the end of the day I'm very thankful that we did. Not only did we get a great truck but we got it at a great price and the way we were treated the staff at this particular dealership reminded me of how it used to be back in the day when you went in to buy a car. Keep in mind that we bought another matching Raptor just two weeks ago from a dealership back home in California. We paid more and the service was completely different. I would like to say thank you very much to everyone that helped out with this particular transaction and I'm not joking when I tell you we will be back when it's time to upgrade to the Raptor R.
