Tacos were really good although eating my chicharon taco first and it fell apart and had to eat with a fork which sucked. The salsas were really good and the tacos were bomb but I felt the service was below par. It almost felt like the standard was hurry up choose your tacos and move on. They did leave a taco out that I ordered and when I asked about it they just said it's not on your order! I clearly placed my order but whatever no big deal. Overall I enjoyed the tacos...delicious! There's minimal parking and seating but it works order eat and bounce!
The bean and cheese taco was out of this world. Actually the best one I've ever had! The location looks to be an old gas station that they've transformed into a hip stop for coffee, and food. A one stop shop for your caffeine and breakfast fix. The counter hosts a small mini fridge with multiple salsa (2 spicy and 2 mild). Parking can be compact but on a weekend you can use the PNC bank lot and walk a couple steps to get to the food/coffee truck (would recommend as it's much less hectic). Lots of standing and picnic tables to enjoy your food too.

It is one of the few places where you can find Flor the Calabasa (Squash Flower) and Huitlacoche (fungus that grows on corn, tastes like a mushroom) Quesadillas in San Antonio. The Aguas Frescas are all natural, no powdered mixes. There is plenty of outdoor, covered seating and other food trucks nearby. Definitely check this place out.
This place has delicious Mexican brisket tacos and chilaquiles! They have outdoor seating only and pet friendly!! Naco has options for traditional tacos or tortas as well! Great and friendly service! The outdoor seating has water and salsa available for guest to enjoy! It's fun place to eat outside with pets or family!
Naco Mexican Food Truck is a great spot if you're in the mood for authentic flavors. Out of everything we tried, the tortas really stood out, especially the Cubana which was packed, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. They also offer several different salsas, which is a nice touch to customize each bite. We did give their breakfast tacos a try, and while they were a bit underwhelming compared to other options, though the torta more than made up for it. If you're deciding what to order here, definitely go for the Cubana torta, it's a winner.

What a magical visit to @nacomexican at @lospatiossatx This place is special and delicious. @netflix knew that much and featured @nacomexican on season 3 of #tacochronicles This staff preaches simple, fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine...and with my first bite, I was a believer! We started with the QUESADILLAS CHILANGAS featuring small corn tortillas with 1 huitlacoche, 1 flor de calabaza, and 1 all cheese. Wow is the best way to describe these. I've never tasted corn tortillas like this. Just perfect! My wife went with the NACO'S OMELET with house chilaquiles, red & green salsa topped with fresh cheese, cream cilantro & onions. Such a beautiful plate with a bounty of flavors. I loved my bite (or two) I had to go with the MEXICAN BRISKET & CHEESE TORTA on Rustic bread served with a side of black beans & chips, and so happy I did! I also added avocado and a sunny side egg, because why not?! It was the most absolute perfect Torta. Like, PERFECT! From the crunch of the bread, to the flavor and texture of the Mexican Brisket (so good), and the freshness of every ingredient, this is a MUST TRY item for any Foodie, anywhere. Every bite made me stop and appreciate what I had in front of me. It was that good! Go watch the @nacomexican episode on Netflix Taco Chronicles (Season 3 - SA Episode) and then stop by to get your fix of this wildly authentic cuisine from their Food Truck or restaurant location. The chilaquiles were very solid, definitely better than what I've had at other places in San Antonio. The salsa tasted like a tomatillo base and was not spicy at all but still flavorful. The salsa was a little watery but not a big issue since the shredded chicken and tortillas absorb it. There were black beans served on the side and those were a little salty but good otherwise
Always amazing service and exceptional food. You can't get what they offer just anywhere. It's worth it for sure.

(From April, 2022) San Antonio yelpers in the YELP chat mentioned this taco truck as a must-try when visiting. I drove past this truck once on the way to the hotel the day before. So I knew I would come back to it. I cannot stress that this truck contained some of the finest breakfast tacos I've ever had. The chorizo, egg & cheese taco is succulent and filled with flavor from the melted oaxaca cheese, scrambled eggs, and that salty cureness from the chorizo we all love. Served on that toasted flour tortilla with the verde salsa, it made me one happy dude scarfing it down. I also did the chilaquiles mexican brisket taco; never knew chilaquiles could be a taco. So they did the tortillas sauteed in the red sauce and served a generous amount of it over the meat into the tortilla. So much so that you can't see the tortilla so had to use a fork to eat it. While I'm not one to use utensils to eat tacos with since you use your two hands for that, I found the taco to be tasty with no regrets on ordering it despite the messiness. Thank god for napkins! The truck was featured on Taco Chronicles San Antonio (confirmed by other Yelpers) and located at what looks like an abandoned gas station right off 410. There's picnic tables for seating and it's right next to the Theory Coffee truck. Don't let the prices dissuade you; may be a bit higher that what you're used to but you will get your $$$s worth here. No doubt that when I'm in the mood for breakfast tacos (which is ALWAYS), this will be my go-to when I'm in SA. Naco-nna lie, I'm a fan!

My husband and I had driven by this little food truck corner then, one of my friends suggested the Naco food truck. A clever name since "Naco" is a slang Mexican term and the food truck is on NACOgdoches st. We enjoyed everything we ordered. We ordered tacos à la carte. I was kind of bummed that they didn't include one of the tacos I ordered but it's all good. The tacos were actually big and one more taco would've been too much. I ordered the chorizo and egg taco on corn tortilla and the chilaquiles taco (huge portion fyi). My husband ordered the chorizo and egg, the brisket, and the chicharron tacos. All of the tacos were very flavorful and a good size for the price! They have a cute little salsa fridge and beware the salsas are SPICY!! There is community seating and service was good! There is gender neutral restrooms and limited parking. Lively and casual ambiance!Definitely recommend! read more

The tacos and service are top notch! As delicious as they are, they are also pretty pricey. There's plenty of outdoor seating, but it can get really busy. I don't believe I've ever ordered anything other than the breakfast tacos at this location. Their bean and double cheese is incredible....cheese baked on the tortilla, followed by the most delicious black beans I've ever had, and topped with more cheese. It's soft, it's crispy, it's full of flavor. The potato and egg are solid, but nothing extraordinary. Don't even get me started on the salsas. I always go for the green one and I'm certain it's the spiciest one. I love the flavor, but it'll knock your socks off. The orange one is more mild. I think the dark one is maybe the most mild. All the are delicious and flavorful. The hardest decision is how much of your mouth you're willing to burn . read more

This is a fantastic food truck with plenty of great tasting items on the menu. In this instance, my brother ordered breakfast chilaquiles - I'm going back for another one tomorrow they were so good. The plate came with a small serving of refried black beans. The salsa was okay, because it wasn't super flavorful and was more watery than chunky. it didn't kill the vibe of the dish without the salsa. My brother also ordered a Mexican brisket & egg taco - he didn't leave me a bite, if that's telling. The food truck provides excellent service in a prime location where there is a taco gap in the world - on a corner in a now defunct gas station parking lot. This truck is open in the weekday hours when its restaurant in Los Patios is not. Great place, great tacos... and open for business. ;) read more

Got coffee and looked to my right and saw tacos and naturally got tacos and the were good and I think I would try something diff next time. This time around I got b-fast tacos and next time I'll try regular tacos. But worth trying again 100% read more
We ordered 1 el pastor on corn w/ avocado , 1 green Chilaquiles with egg & 1 chorizo / egg/ cheese . This truck is right next to Theory Coffee . Let me tell you their tacos are amazing . Their tacos are pretty huge . I could only eat 1/2 of my taco . Staff is pretty friendly too . When you stop next door too get coffee I highly recommend getting some tacos from Naco Mexican Eatry . Definitely will be going back for breakfast tacos in the future . read more

My wife and I tried this food truck after seeing it on Netflix. The hype was real. there were a lot of people in line when we came a couple weeks ago. We had multiple different breakfast tacos which were delicious. The ambience was nice. There are a couple of different food trucks nearby. My only concern is that the breakfast tacos were pricey, and there are other places in SA you can get the same quality of bf tacos, but much more affordable. Overall it's worth trying out at least once. read more

Authentic, outrageously delicious and fresh! Naco is a must try food joint in San Antonio. A good truck should not put you off at all. Grab a drink, sit at one of the tables and be amazed by the wonderful food. The black beans are excellent and the food is made to order and exceptionally fresh. Taking legacy Mexican fare and turning it into something amazing. read more

Lunch time at a food truck...Yay!! Really great flavors on the mexican brisket and the el pastor tacos. So many options including topping them with an egg or going bowl style instead. Mine has the #keto taco shell. Very impressed with the amount of filling in each taco and that the keto shell held up ... I could eat it by hand. read more

The lady who took our order and made the food was very friendly. My husband and I got the breakfast tacos (chorizo and brisket). We got 2 each- they were very filling and so delicious!!! Definitely will come back for more! read more
Dropped by on a Wednesday morning and the turn around was really quick. I ordered the Turkey egg and cheese taco and couldn't decide on the flour or the corn tortilla... so I got one of each. Next time I gotta remember to go with the flour though, I liked that one better. The salsa here always good. I prefer the green over the red, but both are good. Only thing I would say is eat these hot, because when they cool down the taste doesn't hit the same. read more

Wow. Finally got to this spot on a day and time they were open (reflecting my life, not any failures on their part!) Just had two tacos: Mexican brisket on a flour tortilla and Carnitas on a corn tortilla. Both were among the best tacos I've had and both had very large amounts of filling, with ample toppings and excellent quality, sturdy tortillas. Finally, the service was very friendly and personable, and the packed take-out container was the neatest and most attractive I have had. Kinda neat. read more
Amazing food truck off the side of the road in what looks to be an old gas station parking lot. Serving Mexican brunch foods - well worth the stop. The food was phenomenal and very reasonable priced. Don't come if you're in a hurry though - it takes a hot minute, but it's such great food that you don't even care. There are a few picnic tables to sit at, and parking is very limited so I'd park in the lot right next to it and walk over. read more
