I chose to get 2 chicken and 1 cheese on my empanada plate, and that ended up being the perfect choice. They were fried fresh and served hot. The dough was crisp and tasty. My husband and I were commenting how we've never had a bad meal there and we've loved just about everything we've ever ordered. It's just good Mexican food!

I may be a little on the larger side but my wife is very skinny. Chips and salsa were delivered to our table then we sat for about 10-15 minutes before the manager came out and asked or anyone has taken our drink order. No was our reply as he headed to the back and sent a server out. She came out and did take our drink order then came back to tell us they had already shut down the soda machine. Who does that an hour and a half before they close? There were people eating although it wasn't very crowded. My wife ended up with water which she is not a fan of. She asked for lemon and when the girl returned she said they were out and offered her a lime. I ordered a margarita which came out with no taste of tequila in it. However it had a ton of ice. She took our orders which did come out fairly quickly.i had to ask for the spicy salsa three times and when it came out is was a vinegar based green sauce with zero spice. Upon leaving we found that the green vinegar sauce was an extra that they charged us $3.25 for. The food was less than average so I guess I should have checked the previous reviews first. Live a learn I guess. I don't recommend this place.

Large enough to have some leftovers. My wife ordered a chicken and bean tostada. Again, nice sized portion, tasty. I also had a small margarita. The restaurant was clean inside and nicely decorated. The food was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. Yeah, I'd go back for sure.

It was nice and cool inside, which was appreciated as we were breaking heat records today. The waitress was super nice and attentive without being obtrusive. I wanted to try the Chile Verde but it wasn't going to be read for another hour, so I went with the Chile Colorado instead, the flavor of the sauce was pretty good. A bit zippy without too much heat to ruin the meal. The beans were about average, as was the rice. I also get the impression that the tortillas are straight out of a grocery store. However after being on the road for six hours, it was a pleasant enough stop. The food wasn't great, nor was it terrible. It was priced just right and the portions are substantial. If I were passing through I would stop here again just due to its being a nice atmosphere to relax in for a bit after being on the road. It's not spectacular, but it beats fast food any day.

I was in the mood for enchiladas so it hit the spot. It had a ton of cheese. I would have enjoyed more red sauce to cheese ratio. The chicken enchilada was my favorite, followed by the cheese&onion. But that's just what I usually favor. The ground beef was good. The salsa was... a bit odd. My husband said it tastes like it hung out in the fridge awhile. I think he was right. It was real cold and kind of bland. It just wasn't my thing. The chips were very bland and needed salt. But, I appreciate that I can easily add salt, which I did. Those who are trying to limit their salt intake would be able to eat the chips too. My husband got a burrito thing with refried beans on the inside and pork chili and cheese on top. It was a tiny bit spicy in a good way. It was decent. I'd come back, and try something else. For the money, this place is a good value if you think about it. You'd spend more at Taco Bell for the same amount of food and this is better.
