You treated him with the upmost respect and we as a family weren't rushed even though it was late in your day. We felt as if you were there to help us and him have a very dignified last few moments with us. That made one of the most difficult decision a lot better and easier to handle. We really liked how you walked us through what was going to happen and why it was happening, that made the process so much less stressful. Every interaction is short and rude. If you can even get them to call or text or message you back. Their front desk receptionist & whoever is answering the phone is a very difficult and unhappy woman. I walked in last week as I came through the door. I was greeted by the receptionist, as if I had just walked into her home and was completely unwelcome. I was taken back and said I have an appointment. it honestly was as if I had walked in as an intruder. She said take a seat. There was no smile, There was no welcome in nothing. At that point I should've just walked out... I've had a couple of interactions with this vet and everyone has been disappointing with the staff. However, the vet is great. She's extremely knowledgeable, very kind and seems to care a lot. But it's just not worth getting through the front desk. I would recommend critter care. They are absolutely amazing. Their staff is so kind. Prices are much better as well Example - my last visit to Best Friends I took in a kitten that had ringworm for the visit, ringworm medicine and a dewormer It was $200. Critter, I brought my dog in for an emergency visit (tried to call Best Friends Vet . They never even called me back.) AnyWho, the visit at Critter Care sedation, stitching, medication was the same price $200. I couldn't imagine what that would've been if I would've gone to Best Friends. Also, Critter care has the friendliest front staff when you walk in you are greeted with a smile you are welcomed when you call. They will do their best to get you in and if it isn't emergency, they will find the time. I couldn't ever imagine calling critter care and not getting a response back. I would say best friends mobile vet is more like a wishy-washy run practice with a super negative front staff but a good vet. It's unfortunate She should find better help.

Horrible service . You had a senior waiting longer and also sent her away . Maybe stop asking for new patients when you can't take of the ones you have.

My little Luna Bella (11 years old now) is thriving and it was probably the decision that saved her life and added a few extra years for her. The techs and doctors always answer my random questions and they are great with payment options and the reminders! I love that this vet calls to remind of upcoming appointments and specify which animal is having the appointment. Thank you Animal Medical Center! Me and my kitties would be so lost without you.

These people will not give you a prescription to somewhere else without a $25 fee! I will NEVER be going back there and will tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from these money grubbing people.
