The amount of dignity and respect they allowed our family was amazing, I loved the way it was handled. My children were very relaxed and to mourning room was well set up. We received her ashes in a timely fashion, with a lovely non descript box (yes, they were in a baggie, anyone who has delt with ashes, (human or animal) expects them to be in a baggie, it makes it easier for them to be transfered into another container or spread without making a mess, completely normal in the death industry). When my husky malamute was displaying some odd symptoms, we took him here too. He is a frequent flyer, as he has an ongoing auto-immune issue, but he loves the staff. However I do have a couple of reasons for the 2 stars. My husband and I brought our cat in because she was having some urinary issues and we had suspicions she might have a uti. We called, made an appointment, dropped her off, and they said they would call us when they had the results from the urinalysis and ultrasound. Around 6 hours later they call and it's the main vet and owner Dr. Michelle knerr she starts telling us about her recommendations without telling us the actual results. We tell her we just want to do a part of what she recommends (which was specifically the antibiotics; as there was nothing major like we suspected), right then she became very unprofessional and hostile as started taking it personal. She interrupted my husband with multiple snarky comments and an attitude! For that reason alone we will not be coming back, we let Holly know our experience with Dr.Knerr and Holly was very respectful and apologised on her behalf. They even helped me find his microchip and set up his account, as the previous vet apparently didn't. My dog is sometimes wary of men, but not this time! The vet himself was kind, gentle, and seemed understanding of the typical worried dog parent. I asked for the rattlesnake vaccine, and we got it right away with no problem. The whole appointment lasted only 30 minutes.
