Do not trust this shop with your Rolex!!!…read more I had the worst experience with this place just now. I never should have trusted someone who wasn't a Rolex specialist with my Submariner. But he tells people he is a Rolex Specialist, is the problem. Trust me - HE'S NOT! Took my watch in for service and he was in a rush to get all his repairs done as he was just leaving for vacation for a week or two to China for Chinese New Year. He finished working on my Rolex the day before he left and told me he'd be gone for a week or two. Also told me his work had a "1 year warranty". Cost me $550 to get the service done and supposedly everything was sealed up and working well. I took a shower that night and the next morning noticed it was full or water/moisture, which I knew was really bad for a Rolex. By this time it was Sunday, plus he was gone on vacation. So I couldn't take it back to this shop. I took it straight to the Rolex dealer in Beaverton (Ben Bridge) and they said they are out 6 months on repairs. But recommended this Rolex Repair Specialist in Utah who is the best Repair shop outside of the official Rolex Stores (which are backed up 6 months). So I checked that place out and they get amazing reviews and I shipped it to them overnight. By this time a lot of damage had already been done. They took detailed photos immediately on arrival and dried everything out. Then they detailed everything that would need to be replaced/fixed and worked on it to get it fixed for me, Thank God. So after this - and after the owner returned from vacation - I took all of these images back to show him what happened and why it happened and the owner didn't take any responsibility for it at all. In fact, even worse, he said that this place I sent it to did all that damage and was trying to blame it on him. Furthermore, by me taking it to someone else, I completely voided his warranty. I asked him, "You were out on vacation for a few weeks! You told me that! What was I supposed to do? Wait for a few weeks and leave moisture inside until you got back??? You got to be kidding me! Even more damage would have been done." But he was completely defiant, refusing to take any ownership of the damage he caused by not sealing my watch properly, even despite all of the photos I showed him proving otherwise. Eventually I did finally get $500 of my $550 back that I paid him. Which took me 30 minutes of arguing and strong arming him to get that. But he should have refunded it all PLUS paid for my damages. I learned my lesson to never trust a small shop like this with a $22,000 watch. My bad for doing that. But I hope anyone reading this learns from my lesson not to trust these guys with a high end watch. You'll be sorry! See several photos of the damage and repair invoice I had to pay to fix all this that I'm uploading.

I wanted to take a moment to share how truly exceptional my experience with Ian at this location…read morehas been. Working for a Rolex AD can't be easy--especially with how limited inventory can be--but Ian handles it with an impressive level of professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm. Every time I visit the store, Ian creates an experience that feels welcoming and informative. His knowledge of the brand and the broader watch world is outstanding, but what really sets him apart is the authentic care he shows for his customers. He listens, he guides, and he makes the process enjoyable, even when the perfect piece isn't immediately available. If you're searching for a watch--or any jewelry, for that matter--I highly recommend stopping by and getting to know Ian. He's the kind of advisor and advocate everyone hopes to have when making a meaningful purchase, and I truly appreciate the time and attention he's given me.

I walked into an empty store with two people working. I was brought aside and given a huge run around and hustled out of the store very quickly. I was told to register my interest and the tablet they used just happened to crash at that moment. I was asked to write down my in for, which I already don't like giving out, and as I was leaving, I saw the SA throw it away. They hustled me out as quickly as they could and didn't bother trying to show me any other watches, none. The most insulting thing was being asked if I had tried the grey market yet, and that was one of the first things I was told. Utterly unprofessional and demeaning, drove to the Seattle BB the next day and bought a Grand Seiko.

No big deal I'll drop in next week. This is where it gets bad. I happen upon another store in king city that was able service the Batteries on the spot. I hadn't mentioned that I attempted to have this serviced the day before. Which now I am glad I didn't, because after replacing the batteries they pointed out that there were 4 screws missing which would've compromised the waterproof seal. I dive, so this would've killed the watch on contact. For those skeptics, I haven't ever worn this watch so they weren't missing before he opened it. Additionally, he was preoccupied with a friend, who walked in after he started on my watch and chatted him up for the better part 15 min. Did I mention the sign says "while you wait." Oh, for the customer who dropped off a really nice analog watch to have a brown leather band installed. Be happy I am an honest person, because he was about to give me your watch. Which I declined. Cash only( no records, conveniently) cluttered store and memory is not the place I would take a precision instrument like a nice watch.
