She is also very fun to talk with, and is super sweet and personable. I visited on 12/12/24 when I purchased a pair of earrings for my Niece for Christmas, and she made sure to wrap them perfectly, and provided me with care instructions. Visiting Portland to find yet another home we decided to visit Tiffany and Co for our "dating anniversary" (the middle schooler in me loves love and celebrating love is always a worthwhile thing) We met Judi who helped us pick gifts for one another. I knew what I wanted because before we visited this Portland location I phoned Valentino at the Seattle location for assistance with what would best compliment my stunning solitaire. You know, the ring he sold us along with the Etoile band? That Valentino. He was wonderfully gracious and super helpful. We walked in, saw what we wanted, and had a seat while Judi rang everything up. She then set up the platinum gifts so I could take photos of it and we were out of there. I appreciate friendly efficiency like that because I wanted to visit other shops before dinner. Louis Vuitton was right across the street. Interestingly enough so was H&M. Nordstrom was a healthy walk away if you are teetering in heels. Five stars for yet another excellent experience at another Tiffany and Co. location! I also like that they assign a salesperson to me when I enter, so I would immediately have service. I typically do my own surfing before going into a Tiffany's, so they can collect the items I am interested in. Based on my interests, they also make suggestions. Of course, a person needs to get over Tiffany's premium pricing. For the most part, I find their workmanship to be superior to most other brands. When buying silver jewelry, you can bring them back to the store for regular cleaning to remove tarnish. Those have become my favorite purchases in the recent years. If you go to this Tiffany's, park at the nearby parking lot at the same square block. Tiffany's will give you a parking validation card that pays for most of the cost. read more

Always offered treats, drinks, and help. They dont hover, they dont rush, they dont mean mug you. Always fully staffed, always greatly appriciated for stoping by. Got a bracelet and necklace for my 15th anniversary (7 married) they did on the spot machine engraving (hand took 2 weeks)and wow they got me in, engraved, out in under 30 minutes... also wrapped me up some of their gift box shaped mini cakes (think bite size) I will say this, i eat alot... alot of treats too! I came in here with my husband and my baby girl to browse around. There was a lady who greeted us and said that she will be right with us. However, she didn't come back to us right away; instead, I was greeted with another lady named Suzanne, with a kind smile. Suzanne offered to assist us, and let me try on anything that catches my eyes; she even offered if we wanted anything to drink before we purchase anything. I had a few items in mind that I wanted to try on; unfortunately, they were all sold out in store. She apologized and continue to show me the new items; she was extremely patience and was not pushy at all. I finally saw some earrings and necklace that I wanted to get; but the ones I wanted were very popular and they didn't have too many in stock. Suzanne carefully looked through the entire store to make sure that she has what I was looking for. After getting me the earrings and necklace, my husband asked if they have the sapphire diamonds wedding band he's been looking for me (he didn't find it anywhere in Cali). She checked the computer and it shows that they have 1 in store; however, she could not find it anywhere. She continue to search the store and even asked her manager for help; they spent a good 20min searching for it. Suzanne offered us drinks while we were waiting; I fed my baby on their comfortable couch during that time. They finally found it in the back; apparently that 1 band just arrived at the store that day, and did not even have a chance to place it to the front/floor yet. Lucky me, I was able to get the band, my right size, at super brand new, untouched by other potential customer(s). It was meant to be; of course, my husband paid for it. When you have a customer shopping on an important birthday, a salesperson shouldn't have a loud conversation with someone nearby saying, "My father's 43, he is soooo old!" So, I won't be buying from you, missy! My first visit to Tiffany was a bit of a disappointment. I've visited a couple Tiffany stores in other cities, but this was the day I was finally going to buy. It didn't turn out that way. I returned a month later and everything went beautifully. First of all, since I knew my purchase was going to be on the meager side, I walked straight to the 'back room' where prices are in the hundreds, not thousands. The store was filled with staff ready to helpful, and this time I found someone who got the whole 'know your audience' part of sales. She was completely helpful, gave me a bunch of different options and once I made my decision, the entire transaction was very elegant. I ended up walking away with two beautifully wrapped blue boxes and her business card. After the holidays a handwritten thank you note arrived as well. The customer service at this Tiffany's is the best that I have experienced compared to their other stores. We were greeted with friendly smiling faces. The associate who assisted me is Hyun-Eun and she was lovely to work with. She put in the time to help prepare for my appointment by gathering pieces I was interested in seeing. In store, she offered my family water, tea, and macarons and was prepared to show me the pieces we had discussed. She gave good advice regarding ring/bracelet sizing and placement and then was extremely patient as I took (a lot of) time to try on different sizes and styles before finding what I really loved. I was stuck deciding between two items for a while. She was never pushy and didn't rush me, even when it appeared another one of her customers arrived in the store. Eric R. helped me and my boyfriend pick out a ring for our anniversary and treated us like we were the only people in the store, despite there being other customers. Even after we were done with the sale, when most service people would just run away to the next one, Eric spent about twenty minutes with us, giving us ideas and recommendations for things to do on our vacation. I've been in Tiffany's many times but this was my first time going in and actually ordering something from them. One of the family pets just passed away the other day so the idea of creating a pendant with our dogs initials and birthdate on a Tiffany's heart hung from a simple necklace was a perfect idea. We walked in and were given so many choices !! We kept it simple - nothing too extravagant and walked out an hour later feeling a little less sad about putting our dog down earlier that day. I can't wait to see the pedant that I created for myself and my sister. I'm sure the quality and details on the Tiffany's heart pendants will be amazing !!! I even designed the necklace so when it is time for our other two dogs to join our first dog in doggy heaven, we can simply add on two more Tiffany's heart pendants to the chain and have all thee pendants, one big and two smaller all clumped together. :) read more

Some people are making assumptions that sales people treated them differently based on how they looked, I think those are just assumptions based on how people felt about themselves and the Tiffany's stigma and NOT the case at all. The first time we came in to Tiffany's was last year to look at engagement rings. We are younger and were not dressed up at all compared to the sales people. It was around the holidays and there were several customers in the store. We were greeted immediately and placed with a sales person, Alan. He was extremely helpful, explained the differences between the different diamonds, and really helped us and took the time to inform us as first time diamond shoppers. Initially when we had looked, my fiancé (then boyfriend) had considered getting financing for a ring. Months later when we reached out to Alan via email that we were ready to purchase, we had decided against financing and were going to pay cash, so the price point was much lower. He was still eager to help and had 3 rings ready to go when we got there. The service we received when we were there was no less impeccable than the first time! It really did feel like a celebration.
