What a wonderful experience it has been visiting Brecknock Dental Surgery in Camden/Kentish Town…read more It was the best decision I made. My experience was made possible through the care of Dr. Evie and dental Nurse Kayla. I can never fault the practice for the simple reason that they have the good sense and insight to have such caring, skilled and dedicated professionals in their employ. The work that Dr. Evie performed on my very badly damaged teeth was remarkable and the difference in the look and the feel of the work done was perfection personified. Dr. Evie took her time explaining the treatment and what my options were. The concern and care from both Dr. Evie and Kayla on my needs and physical constraints from the very beginning right through to the aftercare on each and every visit was very special. I was dreading going to the dentist on the first appointment with the thought playing on my mind of having to go through the extensive procedures that I knew would be in store for me but Dr. Evie took great care in explaining to me my treatment plan and always talking me through the actions she was performing at each and every stage. I was made to feel very comfortable and very relaxed and most importantly, pain free. I couldn't have got through it without the help of Dr. Evie and nurse Kayla, so I will forever be grateful for the care and support that you both have provided. I feel privileged to be part of this surgery and from my experience and from the remarkable result..Dr. Evie gave me the most excellent dental treatment ! It's also very important to me to mention that Brednock Dental have nicest and accommodating reception staff who also have my deepest respect and gratitude. Many Thanks Stephen.

Put off finding a new dentist in New York and waited until back in London to visit NW1 and…read moreAnima....she's that good... Blimey, what haven't I had done here....root canals, straightening of my lower teeth (due to a size 9 football boot in the cake hole when I should have long hung up my boots) Her manner is so warm and friendly, that even being a non natural in the dentists chair (who is..) she puts you at ease and explains everything simply and thoroughly. I've always fully understood the treatment, why and what costs are involved (and it's always competitive) When you find a great dentist...you tend to stick to them like glue...I live 3000 miles away and still visit every time I'm in town...highly recommended.

I was worried and sceptical about another dentist which I did not know completing my work. But my worries we're soon dispelled. I find the staff to be very professional, courteous and could not do enough to make sure that you are comfortable. Dr Bodane has a very cheerful manner and knows why she's doing. She takes the time to explain each procedure to You. Also, every effort was made to make sure that we were safe from Covid. Hand sanitiser, and somewhere separate to keep your bag and coat before entering the treatment area. I would definitely recommend Nw1 dental care

I signed up with this dental surgery about a year ago after (shamefully) not visiting a dentist for…read moreabout three years. I have never been afraid of the dentist from a pain point of view - but I was scared what it might do to my wallet. Cost-wise, though, this place is pretty good. They didn't have any NHS places left, but they explained to me that the difference in cost was negligible (£20 for a check-up as opposed to £15 on the NHS) I wasn't kept waiting long, the receptionist was very friendly and they had a water cooler in the waiting room. My dentist was efficient and explained all my options to me clearly and, most importantly, in a non-pushy way. I wasn't made to feel like I had no choice but to part with all my cash, but rather that I had a choice in the matter and I could do as I pleased. She played the role of a wise adviser which I appreciated. My hygienist was lovely too - again, not too badly-priced and very talkative and amicable. Naturally, going to the hygienist is quite painful, but she explained everything she was doing and how I could avoid the pain in the future. She did make me feel guilty for not flossing often enough, but she sounded so genuinely concerned about the well-being of my gums I have flossed religiously ever since.

You must avoid this dentist. On my first visit I was told I needed a filling - fair enough. But the…read morefilling was incredibly deep and large, and the tooth was still sore for a week, and my bite had changed radically. A week after that I was in real pain I had to have root canal surgery whilst abroad in Australia. That dentist suggested the initial filling had been unnecessarily deep and badly done. The implication being that the initial filling/dentistry is what killed the tooth. Subsequent to this I have found two other locals in Tufnell Park who have needed root canal surgery within two weeks of being given deep filings at this dentist. All three of us have decided to complain to the ombudsman. Avoid.

This was probably the best, most comfortable and professional dental experience of my life. The staff got me in right away (the next morning) and were so warm and lovely. Their offices were professional, really clean and quite state of the art. I saw a beautiful female dentist (not relevant, but she is!) who I *believe* is Dr. Danya Mougharbel, but am not positive and a really friendly female hygienist, both very professional and welcoming. The dentist discovered my gums around the crown were very inflamed and that I needed some gum surgery before the crown could be readhered, which was fine. I felt nothing -- seriously, whatever magic numbing juju they use is miraculous because I felt literally nothing and my face didn't feel like it was sliding off my head, either. Really localized anesthesia -- well done! She reseated the crown and it felt immediately 100% better. No discomfort, no pain, and my bite finally felt normal, which it never had since I'd had the crown initially applied. I was thrilled. I was a little nervous about the cost, but considering they saw me immediately, did surgery and used industrial super mega space shuttle adhesive to keep my crown on (okay, not space shuttle glue), I was pleasantly surprised by a roughly £200 bill. I wish I'd gotten my crown here to begin with! They were so helpful in sending the photos and my file to my US dentist so I could dispute their work. Really immediate customer service by the office management. Thank you, Kings Cross Dental Clinic! I want to come back for a cleaning before I go home!
