Absolutely horrible. I purchased FIVE appliances and paid cash. 4 of the 5 were delivered in non working order. After several calls and e-mail a team of people were sent to my address to resolve the issues. Only the washer & dryer were repaired. The fridge and stove are still broken. It has been over a month and I am still dealing with an unsafe stove/oven that smells like burning plastic with a shortage in the knobs. The owner or manager "Ty" stated the fridge was an easy fix of charging it with Freon. I am still waiting on the recharge. The freezer is working as the refrigerator and the actual refrigerator is working like a portable cooler with very little ice. Looks like the BBB should be notified and a civil suit put in place. DON'T GO HERE!!!! If I could give minus stars I would!!! Frig was filthy. I was told it was checked over cleaned and cleaned underneath! Day of install called with concerns was promised someone would be out Monday! Tuesday an older gentleman came out said he would need to bring other tools never showed up again. Dust under frig from years! Obviously was not checked out! Parts missing and broken when it got to my house. Took 3hrs to remove and install. One installer cursed out the other and left! Another had to come out to put frig back together. Frig is not working properly! I wasted $350. And now have to buy a new frig. I have a warranty that I'm sure is completely useless!!!! Buyer beware with this company. They sold us a new scratch and dent side by side stainless refrigerator, it stopped working after two months. The light never worked so they cut a hole in the side for a switch. We contacted a repairman after this company would not return our phone calls. The repairman told us the model was a 2004 not new. They sent us another one after we consistently tried to contact them which also did not work and was missing parts. They just tried to deliver a 2013 model which has dog hair in it and rust. I seen on FB two guys appliances they had a new Frigidaire refrigerator for sale for $300, trying to get a hold of them they wouldn't get back to me, text them told him I wanted to buy it! He text me back later saying on my way $87 delivery fee which I didn't get cuz I didn't look at my text! He showed up bring it in and ask for the $300 my niece didn't have it she called me I was at the doctors told her to tell I'll be there as soon as I'm done and give him the money, I got home paid the guy the money and he wanted $87 for delivery fee, I said I'm not giving you a $87 to deliver it you can take it out here I don't want it well we argued about it for a while and he wouldn't give me a receipt or the warranty papers for the refrigerator and then after leaving about 5 minutes later he just walks right in my house try to get some of the delivery fee anyways, I said you can take it I don't want it,! So he left 4 days later the refrigerator the freezer didn't work not cold at all! Well all said and done I called him and texting he ended up blocking me! THIEVES! Claimed to be selling us brand new appliances, all were used (dirty and smelly!) but they slapped the new stickers on to make it appear so. Arrived broken, scratched and dented. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Asked for them to be returned and spent the next 4 months dealing with the fraud department at our bank because they took the appliances and kept our money. We also know of someone who bought a used fridge, after turning it on- COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. They had built a nest in the motor, when the fridge was delivered and started they scattered. Not only did they receive a trash fridge- they had to pay for pest control for MONTHS to get rid of the roaches. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY! read more

We went here to look for a fridge for our basement. We weren't expecting new, just old fashion, top-bottom fridge. We ground two prospects. Staff was very friendly, Todd, the owner, is super. Great communication, always eager to help. Our fridge is awesome, delivered exactly as planned. Delivery guys were terrific, really knew there stuff since the doors had to ge takenn off to get it into basement. I recommend this neighbor shop for appliances. Buyer beware! They sell appliances that seem to be in great working condition. However when they deliver you immediately realize that you just bought expensive trash. Terrible customer service from everyone at this place. Spent weeks calling this place every single day and being told everyday that they would be out to service the refrigerator we purchased and they would never show. Finally they said they would deliver a loaner and replace the compressor on our fridge. They never showed. Called again they said they would pick the fridge up and issue a refund.
