After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!

They new we have pets that would be frightened by the noise, so completed the job quickly. The owner stopped by before, during and after completion to check on things. Price was reasonable, they got the color shingles we wanted and replaced everything!! Highly recommended!!!

He also examined/inspected the entire roof and all is well. He did point out how humidity inside a home plays a big role in the winter and recommended that I adjust it down due to the single digit temperatures lately. The wall or cove where the exterior wall is located can build up even more humidity and have a hard time escaping thus building moisture on the ceiling. I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone will call upon them if needed in the future.
