After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

The door looks beautiful and really makes the bathroom feel complete. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was perfect before they left. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing shower doors, mirrors, or bathroom accessories.

Gutters/downspouts and wrapping the fascia. Subcontractor used: "Exteriors by Westphalen". Job…read moretotal about $1600 and apparently not worth the company paying too much attention to the job. A half inch gap between two joining pieces of facia on one side and on the other the downspout hole was placed a good inch too far inboard resulting in the downspout resting hard against the trim. Note the downspouts are mounted a quarter inch from the house courtesy of the mounting brackets, and that's good, but they put the hole in the gutter for the downspout too close to the side of the house... Meh, pictures are worth a thousand words and yes I took pictures. Don stated the Westphalen guy told him he'd do whatever it took to make me (customer) happy when I showed the problems to him after installation. Long, long story short, the Westphalen guys came out today to fix and 1) Gap still there. 2) They moved the gutter a little but not enough to fix problem of inappropriate gutter/house trim contact. At first, Don at OG & S tried to convince me the downspout placement was "normal", took me 15 minutes to convince him I knew better... Talk about trying to save a buck, customer be dam_ed! When we decide to side this house we will NOT use Omaha Gutter & Siding. Do what you can to see if whatever company you choose uses "Exteriors by Westphalen" and if they do, RUN. Oh, never mind the initial "forgot to call you backs", etc, I tell ya, I will not use these guys again.

Initially contacted Husker Roofing through their website, clicked a button to request an estimate…read moreand then waited two weeks...with no one contacting me. I decided to give them another shot, but this time I called. I actually felt like I was bothering the person who answered the phone. She seemed annoyed with each question she asked (name, address, etc.). She said someone would be in touch and I was contacted the next day. On Monday of this week (7/8/2024), I was told that someone looked at my house and that I had a lot of damage. I thought that was a little odd because I'm home most days and didn't see anyone. I also have cameras in front and behind my house and they were never triggered, but I shrugged it off. The appointment today was for between 11 and noon. The person texted and said he would be here between 11-11:15. At 11:20, I got this text: "Hey, David Cricket husker. Putting together your information head your way going through the pictures. I got your pictures. Confuse with another house. I use their address for you. And after looking at the reports, and I've looked in a couple. Other houses out in your neighborhood. You don't have hail damage. I do apologize." . Here's the rest: Husker: I'm so sorry. Your area didn't get hit Me: My pictures? No one has been here yet. My house is on ----- Drive. The house three houses down from me is getting their roof replaced today due to the hail damage Husker: Let me get back to the office. Double check all this. I'm waiting for a call back from. He does my roofing up inspections. Give me a minute please. Me: I have cameras on the front and back of my house. I can tell you nobody has been here since I contacted you to look at my house. Husker: Okay. Waiting for ---- to text me back. I'll get this figured out. Me: At the risk of sounding like a total jerk, this has frustrated me enough that I'm already looking at another company. You could be here looking at the roof in the amount of time it takes to wait on a text. Husker: That's definitely your prerogative, but I'm 65. I don't get on roofs anymore. I gave this to ----. I just want to confirm if he was there and what he found. Me: I can tell you definitively that he was never here at my house There were a few more texts, but the bottom line is that I told him to not bother...that if there was already this much problem getting someone here to give me an estimate, I didn't even want to think about the issues I would have if I hired them.
