They said they wou go and do some research and ring me again no call. It is now nearly the end of July and my patience has run out. So no stars for this company. I now have to go elsewhere which I think they were hoping I would do. I certainly would not recommend. I have had to put 1 star as it won't let me post without it but they are not worthy of it.

He seems to have different business addresses wherever you look as well. Just had 'Paul' out to repair a washing machine. He advised we had a leaking pump, tried to quote £160+, mainly for parts. so we checked the price of parts online and somehow he manged to drop his price to £90, just like that. Of course only if we wrote the check to him personally, will be advising the tax man. Once he changed our pump he then advised that it could be something else. Of course once we tried the machine the same fault was still there, well actually it didn't work at all at first because he had turned the water down too low. He now wants to charge for the real problem again. Of course we have cancelled the cheque so he gets nothing. But its cost us £12.50 to do this for sonething that didn't need repairing in the first place. When I called him all he does is talk over me, gives abuse and swears, to be honest, he's quite threatening. My wife didn't like his attititude when he visited either. In short, this is a 100% con man and avoid this company at all costs, especially if you're a woman on her own. I shall of course report this little man to trading standards.

The panel cover is missing exposing the motor/electrics, etc; The dishwasher is sitting unevenly, lower, and further back than before. The water/waste hose connectors were put back very loosely causing a leak. The above was reported within hours of the engineer leaving, 3 weeks later the issues are still unresolved, and no further updates from Kent Appliance World. Would I use them again? Absolutely not.

Third appointment today to fit the parts and it's another no-show despite me phoning up this morning to confirm and again at 3pm to double check for the 3-5pm window. No calls, no engineer... Let's hope when I ring them in the morning we finally get the service that has been paid for! Personally speaking I feel like they just hoof jobs into a time slot and then hope the engineer can get to them all and maximise the time!
