Do not use this company. I called them out in April they came and said they had to order a part so I waited weeks with no phone calls or updates, I eventually called them so they miraculously came up with the part and came to fit it but my dishwasher still didn't work so they said they would order a different part, again weeks passed with no calls or updates so again I called them, again they miraculously produced the part and came to fit it again it didn't work. They said they wou go and do some research and ring me again no call. It is now nearly the end of July and my patience has run out. So no stars for this company. I now have to go elsewhere which I think they were hoping I would do. I certainly would not recommend. I have had to put 1 star as it won't let me post without it but they are not worthy of it. read more

We have had the pleasure of Daryl and James help several times over the last few years. Daryl has repaired our cooker when the fan stopped working, our dishwasher when the waste Easter hose blocked and then a few years later advised on a replacement dishwasher and organised the ordering of the new one and installed it for us. This year we contacted him at the beginning of the coronavirus lockdown because our Fridge freezer was very noisy. By phone and email he advised us on action to take which solved the problem. At the beginning of November with lockdown once again in operation the Fridge freezer finally died. Again he advised on a suitable replacement as it was uneconomic to repair. He organised the ordering and installed it. He and James are always very pleasant and efficient and it is great to know that Daryl is willing to help even with something not directly related to the reason he is at our house. When we had the problem with the waste water hose on the dishwasher I mentioned that our tumble dryer was not reaching a high enough temperature so he pulled the machine out of its very tight housing and took off the back to remove fluff which has built up. He did not charge anything for doing that! On this most recent problem with the fridge freezer the socket for the plug is behind the tumble-dryer! Because the Fridge freezer has to settle for 4 hours after being transported and installed before being switched on and in view of the difficulty in fitting the tumble-dryer back into its housing he offered to return the next morning to replace the tumble-dryer if we couldn't get it back in. (We are in our late 70s and the tumble dryer is very heavy and awkward to lift and insert in its slot). So you can see why we think so highly of the service we receive from Daryl. read more
