I called Marshall who examined the car visually and confirmed that the manifolds needed replacing. He then gave me a price that was less than a third of the most expensive quote and less than a half of the cheapest quote. Apparently, it was a pig of a job but he just laughed when I got the car back. The work was excellent. Marshall is a true mechanic and knows exactly what he's doing and so I was extremely happy with his work. However, it was not just the quality of his work that impressed me. He had a real easy opportunity to make a few hundred pounds extra by quoting me more for the manifolds than i had been quoted by my previous searches. He knew what the cheapest price was that I could get them for and yet, after managing to get them much cheaper, he told me what he got them for... £1,100 cheaper !! Not only is he a really great mechanic and a trophy winning drifter (racing cars) but he is a real honest tradesman. I would highly recommend his work, his knowledge but also his honesty. This is the worst garage that i have used so far. I took my…read morecar in on the 4/11/2018 for repair as i was getting a gear box and anti-pollution faulty message. I was billed £416.28 for the repair. I was called to come get my car on the 6/11/2018 as it has been repaired, drove the car home, which was about 10minutes drive. On the 7/11/2018 I was heading to Ilford from Purfleet which was about 20-25 minutes' drive, the car broke down and i have to take it back to Advanced Service Centre that same day. No body bother to give me a call for an update about the car. On the 9/11/2018 i give them a call and i was told they have not have time to looked at the car, but they will and give me a call back, That never happen, i went to their garage i believe on the 14/11/2018 saw a guy who explained they have had a look at the car and they think is one of the cables that needs repair, but they are not sure which one, but before the day runs out someone would give me a call about what needs to be done. Today is 23/11/2018 i cannot believe Advance Service Centre still cannot be bother to repair my car, let alone give me a call back. Shame on you GUYS.
