They took my drivers license & copied that, took my ss # and then insurance. When I was called in they took me to X Ray. I had just had X rays 3 weeks prior so I asked could they use those. No. I said OK, but can I talk to someone first, I thought this was a consultation, I have questions. They sent me to a room, someone came in. She said you have to do the X Ray first. I said can I ask a couple questions and began to explain why. She said NO, ran across the room and snatched a paper off a table and said, "I'm going to let you go". I said what does that mean? She said go somewhere else. I asked are you serious? She literally said "leave, get out". I said I can't I ask questions? "NO. Leave". She literally ran me off. Ran past me down the hall to the door and nearly physically threw me out. The Dr may be great, I never got to see him but lady, you need anger management.

Aspen Dental is notorious for over prescribing Arestin, which in my opinion is used as a revenue enhancer. I would recommend anyone reading this to steer clear from this company. Go to a real periodontist, preferably one that is capable of the laser procedure called LANAP. LANAP is expensive however much better outcomes are being reported with it vs Arestin.

NO dentist was able to 'see' this and thereby fix before Dr Yallourakis. Always had pain since the tooth was cracked due to a temp cap which came off and was bit down on. The dentists (at least 5 in 2 different states, multiple imaging), endodontic (several visits and diagnostic views and types taken) could never identify the problem. Dr Yallourakis easily saw the issue. Now also, I will mention the caring of the staff in his office in getting me in very quickly and professionalism and personable staff throughout the process. Treatment had to wait/plan/fit in but still was only a few weeks. After this number of years, what's a few more weeks? Extensive procedure was done (tooth removal & bone grafting/rebuilding/placement of implant base). Pain was very minimal (few days of 'discomfort' at most) and I was feeling better quite fast! He was able to do some extra work to remove potential issues which was notable and appreciated. He was cautious on putting in the implant base, follow ups and verified stability was no question before he said the implant was ready for a crown. My dentist landed the crown and there was no pain, just 'getting used to implant'/having something in the 'missing place'. I would highly recommend Dr. Yallourakis and his staff. Dr. Yallourakis is very knowledgeable, straightforward and interesting person and very professional Doctor. Yes, there is a long wait in the office to see him but I will always go back with no qualms should I ever need his expertise again. Cannot say how relieved I am to get rid of a multi year problem which no other Dentist could identify for YEARS! Glad I was referred to Dr Yallourakis.
