As a parent, there is no where else I would have wanted my kids to develop their educations. When they went on to elementary school (in another town), I was asked (by their teachers) where they went to preschool/pre-K. I was told that they were more prepared than most of the other children in their class. Amazing! As a teacher/administrator, there is no where else I would want to work. I am the music teacher (for all 3 locations) and the after school and vacation program director. The home-like atmosphere provided at LTS is true and organic. While still professional, the teachers and administrators at LTS are intelligent, loving, kind, generous, honest, trustworthy, dependable, fun and just plain old nice! The 3 locations are all different and amazing in their own right. The programs offered at each location are well-planned, consistent, engaging and constructive. If you are looking for a positive learning experience for your child, please check out Little Treasures in Reading, Lynnfield or North Reading.

Sent pictures in app of him happy and playing only to be told during this call he is never settled and never plays. When questioned the owner Urvi said "admittedly teachers are very selective about capturing the child's happier moments" eluding that it wasnt the real situation with our child just an illusion. How does a child acclimate within just 5/6 visits to a new school? When we would ask the teachers how he was doing we would get "he's having better days, pockets here and there but better". This phone call was refuting these images and all we were told by the teacher reason being not to upset us as parents. Pretty much lied to us up until this phone call all to keep the peace. How does a parent support a teacher or program if they aren't being given the truth? Oh that's right you call and ambush them with how your child cries all day long and they don't know what to do or how to handle them. When we mentioned that we feel the 2x per week probably wasn't helping him get used to the program and that he would benefit from consistency in days it was silence on their end. I brought up initial sign on conversation with owner Urvi about waitlisting and that she mentioned by the end of this calendar year beginning of next a 3 day a week spot should open. I was immediately put on hold. When the director came back on the line she said "What Urvi meant was there would be a spot if we opened another classroom and well we are having trouble finding staff , so that won't be happening anytime soon." Another colorful story sold to us! When I questioned as to why I was just hearing about all this struggle today she said that "maybe I made the mistake of telling your husband." I am sorry what, now you're inferring that 1) my husband and I don't communicate about our children and 2)that he is a liar. I responded with no we talk ritualistically every afternoon when he gets in the car at pickup and when they arrive home about how his day went. I never expected my child to seamlessly take to school, however to be told you're child is unmanageable when there is no substance behind said claims is bizarre. These claims become even crazier when fictitious conversations come into play and what you're seeing in black and white via images on the app are in fact manipulated to create a facade. What should also be noted here is my child has a provisional diagnosis of autism which the school was not only made aware of but supported by me sending in early intervention services. I tell you this because during this phone call the director picked apart my child's behavior almost mocking him to be honest. In the conversation about him not playing "He walks around the playground hanging on to the ball." Well if you're any sort of "educator" you would know a trait of autism is special interests and this is not an uncommon behavior. BUT thank you for condescendingly pointing out how inept you truly are to handle a child that is not neurotypical. Do not take anything about this school at face value. The stories and faces are many and it's not pretty when they show their true self. Glad I got my child out of there before he was permanently traumatized. Please see picture attached for how "never ever settled, cries all the time" my son is. It's all just for the parents at the cost of the kids-when you add marker it makes it sting less.

Our preschool teacher does my daughters hair every day and calls her "sweet girl" on her way out. Overall, it just feels like my daughter is in safe hands, thriving and learning a lot!

We were with them through first steps, first solids, first words, navigating a pandemic, potty training, having a sibling, losing teeth, learning to ride a bike and write their name, making friends and becoming self-assured and self-sufficient 5 year olds that were ready to make a seamless transition to Kindergarten. Not only is the facility and outdoor play spaces beautiful, but the school follows a curriculum that is shared each week and brings in outside companies, librarians and more to do specialized activities onsite as well. From bike days to pizza/pj fundraisers, apple pie making for Thanksgiving, to art shows, there was always something to look forward to. When we looked at many daycares when my first child was born, this school stood out leaps and bounds above the rest for having an educational plan in place, not just child care. I can't thank the Goddard School enough for the role they have played in such formative years for my children. The teachers care about the kids like family.

It is great to see my children have the confidence in themselves because of all they learned educationally and socially. As a newer transplant from Boston, I was on the prowl to find a Pre-K Program for my daughter who came from (what I thought) was a dynamic and extremely thorough preschool. As a teacher myself, it was imperative that I find a loving environment complete with age appropriate curriculum. On the quest to find the best, I checked out almost every option in Andover...and while there were other options that had newer facilities, I kept leaving these tours feeling like they were all focused more on payment than education. I know it may sound cliche, but all that changed when I toured South Main Kindercare. While it is not the most updated of all the centers around, its smaller setting felt, and still to this day, feels much more like a loving home than a factory. My daughter has been enrolled here for over 2 months now, and she still asks to go back to school...even on weekends! :) The teachers have all been so wonderful to work with and are really amazing at what they do. The directors are also amazing and actually took the time to meet with me and work out a schedule that fit my needs, instead of just handing me a standard brochure with prices (as a number of other centers did). If you are really in the market for a loving and family like center with a great curriculum, I would DEFINITELY check out South Main KinderCare. Oh and another perk...you can pay tuition via credit card! Whoo hoo! ;)

The staff I believe is among the best. Amy and company do a wonderful job of taking care of the children. My daughter rarely wants to leave at the end of the day and I can see huge leaps in her development on a weekly basis. She is a happy and healthy kid and I have the daycare team to thank for it. I strongly recommend sending your child there. Its very clean, staffed with the best team you can imagine, loaded with activities, and is a great value. The only minor thing I would have loved to see is a meal plan for children.

Juana is such a loving and caring person and Sarah is a fun teacher. My son loves all of his teachers, Juana, Sarah, and Stacey! This particular center has a huge indoor motor skill/playground area which is awesome for kids on rainy and cold winter days. All of the classrooms get a plenty of sunlights and it's conveniently located near rt 93 entrance/exit. The center is always clean and welcoming, and I DO love this place for my son very much. Unfortunately, due to my recent job change, I am looking for a daycare center near my work in Kendall SQ, and I have to say, the whole process sucks! The fact that my son loves this place makes it even harder to find any comparable place else where. Other Bright Horizon centers in Cambridge seem to be okay, but their tuition is outrageously high and none of them have an open spot in their toddler program till next Spring, sigh. I have been calling, emailing, and visiting so many day care centers in hopes of finding a good day care that my son will be happy in while saving some commute time. So far no such luck, so we are staying with this center until next Spring. Anyway, yes, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a day care for your child in North Reading.
