The movers put everything up front in the storage area and piled things 6 feet high up front so you can't even get into the area. I was over charged and Nick in the office fixed that immediately. They replied immediately to every question I had. During the move they were very careful with my stuff and packed the truck so that nothing shifted while driving. Michael and Joe were both professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again, but definitely not through uhaul. That process was such a pain that I believe some of the previous negative reviews were more a result of the uhaul site. We will be contacting them directly moving forward.

They showed up on time, gave us early notice when they would arrive and then worked their tail off to get some very big bulky pieces into this box!
