And had a real attitude when I repeatedly expressed concern about it before, and made it seem like I would be sued without signing. Everything he said in the process was questionable. His actions were unethical many times. And his recs of movement mortgage (google them, major lawsuits) are concerning. I hope other realtors at this organization are better. Sometimes there's one bad apple. But literally if there's any kind of realtor org, they should take his license.

We changed our minds on where to buy couple of times and Yasira has consistently showed patience and professionalism. What sets her apart is her honesty. Yasira's laid-back personality really resonated with ours making the process enjoyable. If you're in search for a realtor/home, I recommend that you connect with Yasira. The first thing that stands out about Amy and Tim is their personal touch to what they do. They care about their clients' goals, stories, and worries. Beyond this personalized approach is amazing professionalism and knowledge of the market. My home purchase was done smoothly and quickly with Amy and Tim guiding me and keeping me updated along the way. When it came time to sell my old house, I had multiple offers after the first open house and sold for above asking price. Amy and Tim had open conversations with me about the right approach and truly listened to what I valued in both of my real estate transactions. I cannot recommend this team enough.

What am I going to share?? Here it goes... Gary and Sue are a remarkable duo. They are not only our agent and partner, they have become like family. Selling our home was extremely difficult (to say the least) and they went above and beyond to literally hold our hands through until the very end. Thanks could never be enough. They lead each sale with professionalism, integrity, persistence, expertise, and a humble nature that is UNMATCHED. I do not exaggerate when I tell you they will go to the ends of the earth to move mountains for their clients. When I chose Gary originally it was because I saw him "get things done"...I mean the guy certainly knows how to sell a home no doubt, but what "sold me" on he and Sue...was the heart behind it all. Their huge hearts. They sure are compassionate and driven to help their clients live out the "happy ending" we all dream of when trying to buy or sell a property. If you are looking to buy or sell...I highly encourage you to grab a meeting with these two...sit down with them, chat about what your goals are and I promise you they will exceed your expectations by the time it's all complete. They do way more than "sling houses"...they provide an experience that shines bright with the joy they carry and their passion for truly helping others! Go with Gary and Sue...and you have my word you'll thank me later!

Gary and Sue were very professional and efficient throughout the selling process, from preparing for listing through closing day. Minor repairs were done to enhance curb appeal. They also took care of coordinating all the final inspections/readings/bills/mortgage payoff. And the real kicker--it was only a half percent more than the "discount" broker! If I ever need to sell a home again, Gary and Sue will be my first (and hopefully only) call.

I worked with John De Angelis to buy my condo in Brighton, being one of several areas in and around…read moreBoston that I explored with him. I met John through a couple of colleagues who spoke very highly of him and recommended I should reach him to get my property search started with his help. I couldn't have been happier that I did. John is indeed a consummate professional and one of the most hard-working and honest individuals I've ever met. He never failed to show me how he had my best interest at heart and was extremely responsive, attentive to my needs and generous with his time. He made himself available throughout the day (and night) via phone, text or email, answering every question I had, and accompanying me to tour properties during the months before making my first offer on a condo in Harvard Square. On that occasion, we unfortunately got outbid despite having made a strong offer, although understandably as there were eight other parties bidding simultaneously, as we learnt at the time. And well, it all worked out for the best because shortly after, John negotiated what turned out to be a superb deal on a 2-bedroom condo that was not even on the market and off-MLS, therefore allowing us to bypass any competing buyers and bidding wars. So, after months of expert coaching, advising, strenuous search and property showings, we had an accepted offer! Let's be clear, no path to success is ever smooth or easy, and the process of buying a property isn't any different. In fact, on a different note, the loan officer I chose and his team at Bank of America who miscalculated my DTI, had to restructure the loan at the last minute, which essentially meant a larger down payment to bring to closing, but I guess this will be a story to tell on a different review. Thankfully though, at my side there was John who is a problem-solving machine and I lost count of how many times he saved the day. To make a long story short, when I think of real estate, John is the one person that comes to mind and I highly recommend him to anyone out there in need of his real estate expertise. He knows the market and you can trust that he will help you as he helped me make the best and probably the most important investment of my life.

Stop making fruitless calls to brokers who blow you off, don't call you back, don't listen to your needs, or don't show up for scheduled showings. Call John. This guy knows how to treat people right. I moved in a VERY short period of time from Texas to Boston (two weeks, to be exact), so I did not have time to do an extensive search or waste time on places that weren't viable. I also was unable to preview some of the properties because I was out of town. I cannot express in words how helpful it was to have someone who was responsive, honest, and so hardworking in my corner to help me nail down an apartment (that was pet-friendly at that). John is amazing and I will sing his praises to anyone who will listen. I can sleep easy tonight knowing that I have a place to call home, all thanks to John De Angelis!

I needed a quality tenant to rent my condo in Cambridge, MA after I moved to San Francisco. I knew…read morethat many people sourced and found their own tenants online, but I was apprehensive and concerned about my ability to find someone that would be trustworthy given that I wasn't going to live locally and be able to check on the property. I also knew it would be a huge hassle to manage the unit from across the country. I was put in touch with Kenneth Fund from Think Real Estate Services. Ken assured me that THINK would be able to find a great tenant who could, as verified, pay market rate rent for my condo. I was able to put the entire process in his hands while I handled the other logistics of my move. Ken was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. He and his team handled all of the screening of potential candidates - sourced through multiple sites online. He was able to give me regular updates on the search and offer relevant details about the candidates showing interest. He also managed the condo viewings. All I had to do was keep the place clean. He handled the rest. This removed a huge burden from my shoulders (I didn't have to field e-mails and calls, organize logistics of visits, or follow up with interested parties). We were able to find a wonderful tenant who I am confident will be perfect for our condo. Ken walked us through the process of the paperwork, confirming that we did so in accordance with the proper protocol in the Boston area. He was also able to recommend ancillary service providers that we utilized in our preparation for the the new tenant (painting, financial services, etc). In total, it has been great to work with Think Real Estate Services. They had the knowledge and experience I needed. I found Ken's team to be conscientious, responsive, polite and easy to work with. With the stress of a cross country move, I'm very pleased to have been able to place this responsibility in capable hands. I would thoroughly recommend THINK's services to anyone in need of advice or representation regarding any real estate related matter.

Not as wide spread as Centre Realty Group, but the Realtor we worked with, Michelle was much more…read moreprofessional (no political tirades). So why the mediocre rating? Well it was a series of events that got my hopes up only to lead to disappointment soured my experience. Also they don't really have much inventory. I will say that this company has the lowest "fee" for the place we were looking out of any of the other agencies. It was just a straight forward credit report from Experian that you could keep and use for future applications $15/person. (However, we all know all the other agencies won't trust you. They want you to fritter your money to pay a fee for their arbitrary credit report.) Then the usual stuff like pay stubs, W2 and references from previous landlord. I found a listing (too late) on Zillow for an ideal location with reasonable price, and she still agreed to show it to us which was nice since the property owners were still vetting candidates. She also tried to push this other undesirable (and overpriced) apartment that had been on the market for months in lieu of the current one. I can't help but feel like she just wanted to show more qualified candidates for consideration to boost her and the agency's reputation - when all along they were going to pick the first applicant anyway (to avoid potential accusations of discrimination). She even set up a meeting with the Property Managers for a small interview at their office location after hours. Regrettably she informed us that they chose the other applicant since they were equally qualified. I thought that the "dream place" slipped through our fingers. We asked her to keep us in mind for other rental units with similar stats, but we never heard from her again. Thankfully we got in touch with another realty group and found something else around the same price point. The absolute best part was that not even a month after we moved in we received an e-mail from Michelle and she said the same property was now available again for rental at the start of the following month! We let her know we found something else, but we were curious what happened. Of course I understand that she doesn't want to reveal what happened, but it's truly funny how things work out sometimes. Think RES is a professional company overall and I didn't get the scummy vibe from them (like CRG) so they could very well work for you. I recommend continuing to look as well on your own if you're a renter as I mentioned earlier there's not a huge inventory of places.
