I recently moved to New Braunfels and leased a home for one year to give me time to learn the area before purchasing a home. I gave notice when the lease was up and contacted my property management company for referrals for a house cleaning service and carpet cleaner. They gave me good recommendations, one of which was Joseph at NB Carpet Cleaning. Joseph was easy to hook up with and arrived on the appointment date on time and ready to work. He was professional and personable and quoted me a fair price. I also asked him to quote a red velvet chaise lounge that, unfortunately, my 80 pound labrador likes for sleeping. I agreed to the price and got myself and my dogs out of his way to do the job. I was pleased enough that when I knocked a big theater-sized cup of cherry vanilla Dr Pepper onto the rug in my new house, I quickly found Joseph in my contacts and texted him to ask if he could make me a priority for the next morning. I cannot say enough good things about Joseph @ NB Carpet Clean. He arrived right on the minute. He explained his charges and then he went to work. His work was immaculate. He was not in and out in 15 minutes like the big franchises. He worked a room at a time and cleaned our carpet and our ceramic tile then he cleaned our couch. I could not be more pleased. He was a little more expensive but then he spent a little over 3 hours and our home was spotless. He provided a towel on the floor so we could walk from carpet onto tile without slipping. He put a door covering on our front door so he could go in and out and his hoses could come in without leaving front door open. I will definitely recommend him and use him again. read more

I've had Joseph out to the house a couple of times now. The only reason it isn't more often is because I live alone and don't need my carpets cleaned as often as others. He is VERY good, and always does a thorough job. He is also extremely precise. I found him via Yelp a couple of years ago, and his work lives up to the 5-star reviews posted by others, as well as the level of detailed work he performs. He arrives on time, discusses your needs, does a few focused spot cleanings, then he goes right to work. I will continue to use Joseph to keep my carpets looking great. I am very happy living in my peaceful small town, I am also happy knowing I'm supporting one of our locally-owned small businesses. read more

I failed to notice that all of the reviews here are pretty dated. I just saw a local business with good reviews and was anxious to give them a try for our carpet cleaning needs. Unfortunately, after calling for 3 days, leaving multiple messages with requests for a call back to let me know if my scheduled service request a week out would be feasible, I never received a call back. I wanted to give the opportunity to call back, unfortunately that just extremely narrowed my window for the other local business I called. That company at least called me back right away and gave me recommendations and suggestions since they couldn't get to me with the time lost waiting on this company. All I can rate is their customer service and zero stars is t an option. read more

Joesph was outstanding. He was early (after calling to see if it was ok) and got right to work. He did an outstanding job in each room and even managed to get out the coffee stain on the upstairs carpet no one else could. He helped me haul the huge rug outside to clean and now our home smells SO much better. The carpets look amazing and the stairs look almost brand new. I picked N.B. carpet clean mostly on price as he literally blew everyone else out of the water. But I will be recommending them to others because of the quality of his work.
