The day Brian was supposed to come I rec'd a phone call from Brian asking if I live in a condo. No, I live by Pizza Hut. A few minutes later, Brian calls back. Are you a business? No, I live by Pizza Hut and Firestone. Oh,ok. A few minutes later Brian calls back, where are you. I give him my address and again tell him I am by Pizza Hut and Firestone. He says, oh, I put in the wrong street. They sounded the same. Maybe, but from call #1 I said I live by Pizza Hut. He finally gets to the house to measure. Tells me I will receive a call by Friday with my estimate. Well, Friday came and went no call. I ended up calling on Wednesday and the girl who answers the phone had to keep running back and forth to find out the estimate and when they were going to install the carpet. Finally, the day of installation. Suppose to be to the house between 7-8. Well, 8:30 no show, I call R & B no answer I leave a message. 9:30 no show, 10:30 no show, I call and leave another message. At 10:45 I finally get a call from Brian the owner who tells me he had installers call in. We have to reschedule. Three strikes. No offer of anything off. I am sorry but being the owner when your installer called in, he should have been in the store seeing who had a delivery that day and get on that phone. Not 3 hours later. I have posted this on FB and several people have said they hoped I cancel. Well, I didn't. I did have it installed despite the very poor management skills. The carpet is beautiful however I went to pay, and the installers have no way of taking a charge. So I had to call R & B. This is one messed up business.

Highly recommend. We called SNR on a Saturday, spoke to Adam the owner and received both a quote…read moreand a date on the calendar for getting two rooms and a hallway refinished. His team arrived right on time (literally on the dot) and did an excellent job. Our floors were pretty gnarly as they were hidden under carpet and had lots of glue, carpet pad remnants, etc. They are now a beautiful natural finish maple and we LOVE them. The job was done in 1 day. We had a follow-up question a few days after the floors were finished and Adam went above and beyond to come check out our floors and answer all our questions. Between being extremely responsive (which is huge given we called 8 other contractors and NO ONE even called us back), showing up on time, refinishing the floors beautifully and following up to answer questions - we highly recommend SNR for your flooring needs. Adam is knowledgeable, kind and does his job well. Check out the before, during, and after photos below.

I ended up overpaying since I had my partner there the day of and our deposit didn't roll over but we got a discount for it being our first home? If I could go back I would have gone with the competitor but the floor looks ok now. We ended up going with a water-based oil which made the floors look nice. A small main floor was a 2-day project even though the morning of I was told it would be a 1 day project. The people of SNR were nice but the professionalism made the process unideal start to finish.
