To be transparent, we did replace our windows about two years ago, but I have to say they look fabulous. After checking everything I noticed some of the garage windows still needed attention. Grayson and Carter came out within three hours of contacting them and made those windows look amazing. They also removed some of the calcium buildup on a few of the windows that is caused by being close to sprinklers. Grayson is the owner and he is very professional, committed to excellence, and committed to making sure his customer is pleased. To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.
