It was "early" for dinner but the server treated us warmly. They had two draft beers and offered a taste sample. Our order was the blonde ale, some wings, beef short ribs and a bacon cheeseburger (I know- "American food in Sicily, what were we thinking). The wings (7 pieces) were hot and delicious served with three sauces. Our entrees arrived and to our amazement, the beef ribs were fork tender and delicious. At this microbrewery, you don't just get a pint of beer; you get a jug equivalent to the size of a water cooler. There are beers for everyone from light to dark. Food wise, you will be taking a doggie bag home. I ordered the pork which turned out to be, pretty much, the entire calf of a pig. It was delicious. Other times that I had visited, I tried other menu choices, but nothing will beat that dish.
