The lady that did my nails was distracted, talking to her co worker, looking around constantly. I chose the luxury pedi and classic massage. She only did it for 10 minutes instead of 16 like the menu stated. used the wrong color on my nails, did a half-butt job for $75! my classic pedi at $35 was an absolute joke, the massage if you can call it that lasted 1 maybe two minutes. and seriously a child could have painted the clear polish I asked for on my nails better. i didn't even ask her to cut my cuticles and she still did a poor job of filing/cleaning them up. I have no clue why I tipped her as much as I did. there needs to be way better management of the place, they need to actually clean it , sanitize it snd organize it (it's so gross and discombobulated in there), and the staff needs to be trained properly and held accountable for their work. (be consistent with the treatments/do the things on the menu that people are paying for), stop getting distracted and not concentrating on the job at hand. maybe have the staff wear uniforms so we know who's who. the only saving grace was that my mom got a really good lady, Haley to do her mani/pedi. she was wonderful to my mom and took her time. if only all the staff were like haley. anyway, not ever going back there again. too many bad experiences to pay much money for.

Upon arrival, finding parking was super easy. They have a giant parking lot shared by businesses. Since I came on a weekend, I'm not sure how it is on weekdays since Zi Spa shares a building with other businesses. Service overall was top notch. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, one of the employees took my drink order, gave me some slippers and led me to a locker that had a nice and fluffy robe. The women's room had 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, a changing room, and some amenities. My drink was waiting for me on a lounge table. The lounge was also very relaxing. Other than the mimosa I received, they also had other drinks like cucumber infused water and a selection of tea. The view outside of the window was very nice too - it was mostly the mountains and trees (and some residential buildings) My body scrub and massage was with Marilyn, who was amazing. I'd highly recommend her. The massage started with me deeply breathing 3 times in something that smelled nice. The massage was definitely on the thoughtful end where it felt like everything you could've wanted for a relaxing experience was there. The table was so nice and warm and the blanket was the right amount of heaviness. There were also eye coverings when you were face up. I also enjoyed my short conversation with her. After the massage, I was able to go back tk the lounge and relax some more until I felt like leaving. I'd highly recommend Zi Spa. I'd definitely return the next time I'm back.
