I have driven past this store so many times but never stopped in. I finally decided to go in about a week and a half ago and I am glad I did! I found so many beautiful treasures to give my daughter and neighbor for Christmas. My only complaint was the entitled woman who allowed her 2 older children (maybe 10 and 12) to mix up the various crystals and stones in the baskets and did not make them fix it before they left. It was a mess. When I opened Yelp to share my experience, I was shocked to come across so many comments from people leaving bad reviews because they don't have accountability for their children's behaviors in public and instead blame the business. Wow. Just wow. I don't know how anyone could think taking children into a store like this is a good idea. As a customer who witnessed children acting poorly in this store, I cannot believe the audacity of these parents. Think about other customers too, on top of the employees you're affecting. I'll definitely be back in and hopefully the entitled parents will get a clue and take some accountability. Your children are your responsibility. read more

Let's start with the nice things about the store Rachel! ** There are no signs stating that children can not enter!** After spending about an entire hour in their store, looking at chips and cracks and small pieces. (Filler for my massive tumblers) I had lots of extra spending cash to spend today. And as I a single parent of a two-year-old and twin six olds. I had brought my daughters with me today. My daughter who is advanced and very polite also LOVES cool rocks. We KNOW that rocks and crystals can be very expensive and we must be carful! My 2 year old waited very politely for me to tell her what she could look at and pick her "cool rocks" from the 10 for a dollar section and the quarter section as well as the broken chipped bins. I was looking with her for about an hour. I stood up to look as see if there was anything else that I wanted to checkout I looked at a black light display. My daughter was still counting out her 100 rocks from those bins. Being very contained and joyful. That is the exact moment that the owner came out with her snooty wholier than thou attitude and said your daughter can not dig in there can you make her stop now! My kid was scooping through this bin and literally counting to ten. Not being unruly less than 4 feet from me kneeling and going through rocks like every other customer in the store! I said "you mean in that bin of 10 cent chips? This is really a problem? She is a customer." Then all the owner replied was "yes" again in a very wholier than thou way! And then just walked back towards her office and left her attendant there to then feel anxious and uncomfortable. The same attendant Who had been participating and interacting with my children. Even making the statements that my 2 year old was doing amazing in the store less than 3 minutes prior. my child had been doing the exact same thing as she was when the owner came out. I intended to buy the whole bin my daughter was looking at and a few other of the small pieces bins! I told them that the attitude lost them at good customer! And it did! Had she asked or talked to me with courtesy I probably would have still made my purchase and gotten outta there. I am used to going to rock and crystal stores and meeting humans that have a good aura and personality! NOT WHAT I EXPERIENCED HERE. I left I did not purchase anything I told them they lost my business! (Mostly because of how awkward she must have made Rachel her employee feel-unexceptable!) I received one more shipment from Mystical Wares yesterday and started wearing silver shungite rubber round plates as insoles in my footwear. Right away felt more grounded, calm and relaxed. But the big bomb happened on the next day when I was able to walk 3 miles without any pain in my lower back. I could not believe myself as I have spinal stenosis and left leg sciatica. Vibe has changed. No longer a welcoming atmosphere. Energy was horrible in this place. Angry staff, I was watched during my whole shopping experience. Not kid friendly. None of my kids could touch anything without the staff angrily coming over and giving us horrible looks. In order to feel the energy of a crystal, you must touch it. This is not a family friendly location. I was with my kids the entire time. While my daughter was looking at the fish pond, I decided to check out the clothes that were close by. The owner asked me to keep my kids with me. And the proceeded to follow us the rest of the time until we left, in a way that made me very uncomfortable. My kids are normal kiddos, inquisitive and interested in what they sell, were respectful of items the whole time. Left a sour taste. Sadly I will not go back, I used to love this place. read more

Mystical wares has some very interesting stuff and beautiful spheres but the vibe has changed and the young lady who ran it before seemed to enjoy customers and value them as opposed to the rude little man running it now. There seems to be a very unhappy woman who lingers about the store giving off some very bad vibes and the entire atmosphere has recently changed. Therefore, I will not be visiting this store any longer. It would appear something happened to cause mystical wares to fall off the track. read more

I LOVE it here, I could spend hours in this store and sometimes I accidentally do. There is a huge range of crystals, tumbled and raw and they seem to be priced fairly. They sell way more than just crystals and I can always find something that I just need to buy!
