She really knows how to work the body. I am docking one star because my facial was just okay. It felt like the esthetician wasn't as experienced. The facial was also scheduled for 50 minutes and she finished about ten minutes earlier, so I didn't her to have the full experience. She was friendly and polite though. Overall, definitely coming back. Their prices and customer service make it all worth it !

While the ladies were very kind, the service felt extremely rushed, and my massage barely included my whole body, which is what was paid for. She focused on my back, neck and head. My arms, legs and feet were neglected, and ghost over. Some people have a heavy hand and I'm sure I've had quite a few knots, but my last massage (a few years ago) blew me away in comparison to today. Update: I woke up from a nap and I am in excruciating pain all over my upper back, neck and my head, and called only to be asked why I didn't make a complaint in the spa, when I was willing to let it pass. I want a full refund for the services done extremely poorly and will wait to hear back from the manager tomorrow, because I don't think a gift card is enough severance. Second update: It's laughable, honestly. First, they offer the money back, then say to dispute. No issue. They also act like they aren't the owner to avoid accountability. I will be disputing with the bank. I'd wished I'd seen the reviews sooner, especially the one regarding sexual assault.

Nails lasted less than 2 weeks. Here are the quick bullet points on the dangers of MMA (methyl methacrylate) in nail products: 1. Toxic fumes - breathing MMA vapors can cause serious respiratory irritation, dizziness, and long-term lung or nervous system issues. 2. Chemical burns - direct contact can burn the skin or cuticles, leading to painful sores or scarring. 3. Severe allergic reactions - exposure can trigger swelling, redness, or blistering that may worsen with repeated contact. 4. Risk of infection - MMA's tight bond can trap moisture and bacteria, increasing the risk of fungal or bacterial infections. 5. Nail damage - weakens and thins natural nails, sometimes causing permanent separation from the nail bed. 6. Hard to remove safely - requires excessive filing or drilling, which worsens damage and pain. 7. The environment at Bliss Spa is clean and soothing with peaceful soft music. The amenities like water, snacks, and changing room were lovely. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed for the rest of my day. Highly recommend this spa and especially a facial with Prapa. The products for sale at the front desk are also reasonably priced and work well to maintain great skin, and that spa glow!

They are located on the 1st floor of a residential community, their studio is actually pretty nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the mani and pedi they gave me was just not up to par. The receptionist was really nice but was a bit flustered when another customer and I showed up at the same time. Seemed like there may have been a bit of confusion on our reservations but she sorted it out. She did the facial for the other customer, and she told me that the nail person was coming in shortly and had me seated in the nail room first. Literally only fits one person, so I think they can only accommodate one nail appointment at a time. The rest of the rooms seem like they are for massages/facials. Not sure if she was late, or called in last minute because they were unaware of the appointment, but she arrived maybe 10 minutes late? She also didn't speak any english at all so it was a lot of hand signaling (which was totally fine, but just FYI). No biggie she was a bit late, but you could tell she was rushed throughout the whole appointment. At first it may seem like it's an OK job, but upon further inspection, you can really see the results of her rushing the paint job. On every finger, I'm seeing mini air bubbles everywhere, and two of my fingers have already chipped a few hours later. Don't really know how clean their tools are either, they are definitely not coming out of any vacuum sealed packages. The callous remover was super suspect and looked pretty old :( Pretty disappointed, hopefully it's not always like this as again, their space is pretty nice!
