The owner Linda is very nice. However, I have been banned from The Complex because I informed the…read moremanager about the showers and bathroom not being cleaned for up to six weeks. We all know cleanliness is a serious issue due to fungus, bacteria and germs in the women's bathroom which I've mentioned to the staff several times, especially regarding the showers. There was a Band-Aid in the first shower on the left on the pull out seat for over six weeks. It was very obvious to see it which means No one was cleaned that shower for six weeks!!! There were some long black hairs in the other shower, which I slid underneath the mat just to see if anyone pulled it up to clean I went back several times in two weeks and the hairs are still under the shower mat which means no one's cleaned it for over two weeks!! I've mentioned these to the staff and the manager, and nothing has been done yet except to inform me that I'm no longer welcome there since I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

I credit her with bringing fitness back into my life... before I met Emily I never actually enjoyed working out, but I do now! OnTrack Fitness comes to your home and brings the equipment you need, so there's no excuse to not work out! The convenience factor is key. Emily knows how to push her clients to work their bodies harder but never crosses the line. Several other personal trainers and group fitness instructors also work for OnTrack Fitness, and the company organizes running clubs and a newbie triathlon club. Additionally, they offer personalized ballroom dance lessons. My husband and I learned to dance before our wedding, specifically to our first dance song, and we never could have done it if we hadn't found OnTrack Fitness. I would highly recommend OnTrack Fitness to anyone in the Indy area who wants to work toward a healthier lifestyle.

I first heard of OnTrack Fitness through my sister who had signed up to a newbie Triathlon program…read morethat was new to Yuma. I myself had struggled to become motivated to execise, much less have any interest in what my sister was training for at the time. Well, the day of her Triathlon I cheered for my sister and was in amazment of what she had accomplished. I was so proud of her, but never thought I would ever do anything of the sort. A few weeks later, I heard Emily Collins, owner of OnTrack Fitness was offering a Beginner's Half Marathon training. My good friend and co-worker came up to me and asked if I would be interested in doing this program with her and without any hesitation I said Yes. We attended our very first training class and I was terrified knowing what I had just gotten myself into, but Emily and staff explained and made me feel at ease that I was in good hands. I went home and told my sister immediately that I wanted her to do this with me. She agreed and there was no looking back after that. I'm happy to announce that I did complete my first half marathon! It was one of the best days ever for me. OnTrack Fitness has given me so much more in return. I look forward to working out, I love to run, and I've made some great friends in the process. I highly recommend OnTrack Fitness for those who have always wanted to do something extraordinary for themselves but never had the courage. It's a safe haven for beginner's and the staff along with Emily are really there to help! OnTrack Fitness offers awesome programs such as: Newbie Triathlon, Half Marathon, Bootcamps, Fitness Challenges, Wellness Programs, Walk to Run a 5K, Personal Training and more! Your always greeted when you arrive and acknowledged when you leave. My complaint and reason for the two stars is cleanliness especially this day in age. Several times I've seen someone cleaning the windows in front of the treadmills but the disgusting state of the treadmills is horrible and never have I seen anyone cleaning the treadmills or any other equipment. Always only the few windows in view of the treadmills, which is the only equipment I use. Sweat, snot, caked in dirt, dust it's just gross. I always go in with my own Clorox wipes clean my machine before and after I use it.

He uses hands on manipulation, asks you where the most pain is, and focuses on that. He doesn't switch you around from one therapist to a different one each session. Only one therapist gets to know you and how each session is working, as well as communicates with you and learns what is successful with each session. Dan, as the best therapist there is, watches you when you are approaching for the session, and he can see what the problem is before any words are exchanged. The biggest downfall for some is that they aren't willing to do the stretches or exercises he recommends, and that is on the patient. I have watched Dan's business grow over the years, he taught himself to learn Spanish so he could communicate with the Hispanic patients, and did all the mounds of necessary paperwork to be able to take on VA patients. Over the years, he and his wife Kyri have become involved in community events and has become a very important part of Yuma's best to offer. When I tell family members they need to be able to find a therapist like Dan, I realize more than ever how lucky we are to have him, because they can't find one. Kathy Wallner
