They just a massage with a sheet between your rub, I have never had any massage place list that way. Then they up charge you for everything extra. I don't care for surprises, they need to tell you everything while booking the appointment clearly. The massage was 1 1/2 hour very pleased with the total massage, but not with the price changes in the middle of our massages. This business uses bait-and-switch billing tactics. My mother-in-law prepaid $280 for massages for my fiancé and me as a birthday gift. After the massages were completed and I showed proof of payment, we were told we owed an additional $220 for an "extra hour" that was never requested, never discussed, and never authorized. At no point before or during the service were we informed that time was being extended or that additional charges would apply. Being presented with a surprise bill after the service is unacceptable and dishonest. This completely ruined my birthday and left us feeling scammed. Given how confidently this was handled, I strongly suspect this is a routine practice. I urge others to be extremely cautious and get written confirmation of services and pricing before your appointment. I wouldn't even give this place one star for this scheme. read more

Went in for a 60 minute couples massage. In fact I made a reservation. We weren't asked what gender massage therapist we wanted. We were split up, not a good sign. In our separate rooms we were individually UPSOLD DURING THE MASSAGE. CBD oil? That's an upcharge. Eye mask? Probably an upcharge. I said I wanted an extra service beforehand (facial) and they said it would take too long, so I was UPSOLD AGAIN to a 90 minute massage. How is it my fault you didn't time manage correctly? Answer: It's not. THIS IS THE WORSR MASSAGE EXPERIENCE I've ever had. Buying a used car from a shifty salesman is more relaxing than getting a massage from this spot. If you want to be harassed for using oil, an eye mask, upsold into cupping, longer massages, if that's your idea of relaxing...what's wrong with you? And what's wrong with this place? They start massaging, drip some oil on you, then say "special oil, $20 more". That should be mentioned BEFORE putting the oil on. I said no, stop, I'm not paying $20 more. THEN, as if that wasn't enough, halfway through they try to upsell you again, this time to hot stone massage. AGAIN you have to say no. And then finally, upon paying, she tried to ADD $10.00 for "deep tissue" which nobody ever mentioned. At that point I told her I'm not playing this game, asked her why she does this, told her I WAS going to give her $25.00 tip (which I was and normally do). I was so mad I ended up giving her $5.00 and walked out. Why these Asian places pull this nonsense is anybody's guess. It's freaking rude how they do it and all their "tip, tip, tip" stuff is a huge turnoff. This chick LOST $20.00 extra tip for TRYING to gouge me and I told her so. Let's start by saying the massage was Amazing. Now during the massage is when it started going weird. I asked for a 60 Minute Chinese Style massage and at about the 45 min mark another person came into the room and asked if I wanted a 90 minute, because the massage was really good I agreed. About 5 minutes later she came back in and asked if I wanted 2 hours with another therapist added. I declined. My tech did not speak English well and she did use hot stones and she even put sugar scrub on my feet. Without saying all this she was doing was going to cost me. Never asking if it was ok she just did it. I was thinking wow the board did not state the Chinese style included all of this. Well it did not I thought I was going to pay $75 for a 60 minutes, well when I came out my torso was $140.. WTF... How do I discuss price with someone who does not understand my questions.. Hi my name is Brianna and I came here when I was 8 months pregnant with a lot of back pain. So I decided to get a back massage and wow it was truly amazing! Not only that but they put me to sleep during my scalp and food rub, that was much needed before the back massage. Skip three months later and now I had pain in my neck and shoulder. So I came here and got the full body massage. They took the time to really help work out my nots and it was extremely relaxing. This place is absolutely amazing. When checking out, they remembered me when I was pregnant and gifted the little one with a baby book. Very sweet individuals that work here! I love this place and would definitely recommend to anyone. Especially with the prices available to the services compared to other places. Also just would like to add that I was a walk in, desperate for help on the pain with my neck and shoulder. I booked a 60 minute Chinese massage for my mother and I. $60 for 60 minutes was reasonable for us. The massage therapists were welcoming and worked on any areas that needed some extra love. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking for a self care day. Only downside about our massage was after the oil massage the masseuse wiped me down with a warm washcloth but by the time she got down to my lower body it was freezing cold. I would recommend a new warm washcloth for the other half. Other than that the massage was fantastic! I'll definitely be back. read more

I have been twice, unfortunately neither time did I get names. First time my mother and I visited and we both had a male give the Chinese massage and it was amazing. Second time I went with my mother and sister and my mother had a male and said how amazing it was. I had a female and she had little concern for my modesty and it was not a very good massage. She only used lotion on my back and not that much and just didn't do that great at all. My sister had another female and said her massage was horrible. Just a bunch of what felt like pinching, focused mostly just on her legs, no care for her modesty at all and no lotions used whatsoever. Her legs hurt the rest of the night. So my recommendation is if you go be sure and request a male to give the massage. They are very conscientious of your modesty and ask if the pressure is too hard or too soft which the ladies never asked either my sister nor myself. read more

The guy was a little rough but it felt good and really worked out knots. The only negative was that I was out in the open and other customers were walking passed me. I just had the best massage of life,and I have had a few! I had just driven 1,200 miles to attend to a stressful situation and was in knots. I walked in with a migraine. Leo worked them all out and no headache! There was a bit of language barrier, but there is a cute gal to interpret what I wanted. The prices are reasonable too. I suggest the Chinese massage. Worst massage ever. I had just had a baby, and was in desperate need of a massage. I had finally gotten a babysitter and was ready to finally get one. I come here, and this older man greets me and asks if I want a male or female so I say female. He puts me in the room so I can undress and then pokes his head back in right when I'm about to and asks if he can give me the massage. It was soooo creepy! I was like no! Then this cranky older woman comes in to massage me and I felt like that creepy old man was watching from afar. It was so uncomfortable. The woman was rude and the massage was really weak. I kept asking her to push harder and she straight up said NO. So it was her way or the highway. But after she would ask me if the pressure was good? I was like um no it's not. Then once finished, I was about to pay and had been referred to this place by a friend, and they have a referral special listed on their website, $10 off, and they refused to honor it. I've only went here once, the front desk was a nice guy, and the massage therapist was a female. The massage was terrible. I do a lot of sports, so I really needed a deep- tissue massage, but all the massage therapist did wasnt even a massage, more like light touching. She refuse to go harder. It was literally just touching! No massage whatsoever. In the entrance they even have a big board with details on all the massages they offer, from deep tissue, to regular massages. If I was given a "deep tissue" massage, can't imagine what a regular massage would be like! read more
