I had requested a move out cleaning after the house was empty- which means everything is cleaned. They only sent one person who tired quickly. I told her no floors, no walls/ baseboards, and she stayed all day but still toilets and cabinets and oven were still terrible. I complained and she came again the 2nd day, but only outside of cabinets were cleaned. I hired a different cleaner - not LGG- to come clean the toilets after she left and replaced the flooring baseboards. Good flexibility. So-so cleaning. Don't hire if you need heavy cleaning. With multiple pets running around, the place definitely needed some extra love, and they got it done! The team worked steadily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (taking just a quick half-hour lunch break). They washed all the windows, scrubbed the tile floors, cleaned the oven, washed the walls, vacuumed, dusted, and even got into all the baseboards. The house is completely sparkling and smells amazing! They started out with a crew of four, though one of the cleaners did have to leave midway through the job. Despite being down a person for the second half, the remaining crew stayed pleasant, worked incredibly hard, and finished everything up beautifully. The quality of the cleaning and their work ethic were on point. I'd definitely recommend them!

The floors were still dirty in multiple rooms (walked barefoot to test, -- they must have pushed the dirt around. It's like they barely swept, let alone mopped. They came back a second time to mop the kitchen floors AGAIN, when I mentioned it was STILL dirty. Additionally , they didn't even touch the dresser surfaces in the bedroom, which still had visible marks, I wiped it down, so they must have only dusted. She also left things from the floor that were dusty in my daughter's crib! so I had to wash all of her bedding. I paid for a full service, but now I'm stuck calling another cleaning crew just to fix what should've been done right the first time. Disappointing and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this service unless they seriously step up their quality and attention to detail.
