I had requested a move out cleaning after the house was empty- which means everything is cleaned. They only sent one person who tired quickly. I told her no floors, no walls/ baseboards, and she stayed all day but still toilets and cabinets and oven were still terrible. I complained and she came again the 2nd day, but only outside of cabinets were cleaned. I hired a different cleaner - not LGG- to come clean the toilets after she left and replaced the flooring baseboards. Good flexibility. So-so cleaning. Don't hire if you need heavy cleaning. All 3 of my restrooms are similar to the one I took a picture of. The sliding door was only cleaned one side and the bottom was not cleaned. They came as a family of 3 and the work was split. My kitchen was clean and I can say she did a a great job with my oven and sink. I was not so happy about the tubs tho. They wanted to charge $300 for the job and I was able to negotiate to $280. Then when they did they hid his bad it still was. I'm attaching a photo of their idea of maid perfection. With multiple pets running around, the place definitely needed some extra love, and they got it done! The team worked steadily from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (taking just a quick half-hour lunch break). They washed all the windows, scrubbed the tile floors, cleaned the oven, washed the walls, vacuumed, dusted, and even got into all the baseboards. The house is completely sparkling and smells amazing! They started out with a crew of four, though one of the cleaners did have to leave midway through the job. I was looking for a new cleaner for my home and came across Karen and her company. She seemed…read morepromising as she was responsive and her estimates were reasonable during our first interaction. However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost. Remember all texts are time stamped and no need to lie about anything to make yourself look better publicly. If you took responsibility or cared at all you would have replied back. All the drain tops had was hard water stains like I mentioned but if you want to be petty and make excuses than that is more of a reflection of yourself and your company.
