Although they were a little late, I received a text message from the owner notifying me they were still with another customer. I appreciate having this communication. There were three people present to perform a deep cleaning of all rooms which took about 3-4 hours. I have never had cleaning services before, so I cannot offer a comparison to other businesses. While I feel there were areas that were not fully clean, I can understand the difficulty to clean with a lot of items present. The general goal to get a good cleaning of the place was accomplished satisfactorily. Everyone was polite and respectful, and nothing was broken (which is my biggest concern).

A long overdue review. I hired Erika to clean my mother's house prior to the Christmas holiday. My…read moremother was elderly and had dementia so having strangers in her house was always challenging. On the day Erika and her crew (her daughters) came, my mom wasn't handing having them in her home very well. They reached out to me to calm my mom down. I could hear on the phone how calm and caring they spoke to my mom. One of Erika's daughters sat with my mom and spoke with her so the rest of the team could continue cleaning. I think a lot of cleaning services would have said "we can't work in these conditions" and left. Not Erika and her crew. I was so impressed by their kindness and understanding toward my mom. I'm big on communication and was impressed with Erika sending before and after photos of the work they did in my mom's home. It looked great but sometime it can be hard to tell from photographs. When I got to my mom's house for Christmas, I was amazed by the cleaning job they did (I got a deep cleaning for the house)! They were very thorough with attention to the details. The most impressive aspect was the kitchen cooktop island they cleaned. My parents purchased the house in 1976 and I don't think the cooktop looked that clean when they first moved in. The cleaning Erika and her crew did, had that cooktop looking almost brand new. I was very impressed with the communication, the cleaning work that was done and most of all the kind of caring human beings they were towards my mom. You might find cheaper services but you won't find better! I highly recommend J&J Home Cleaning Services.

I was looking for a new cleaner for my home and came across Karen and her company. She seemed…read morepromising as she was responsive and her estimates were reasonable during our first interaction. However after the first deep clean, her employees damaged all four of my bathroom sinks from scrubbing hard water stains with a pumice stone. This was the method she had recommended after recognizing my sinks were made of a delicate material. I brought it up to Karen and she agreed the company should be financially responsible for replacement as it was their fault. I ordered the parts and let Karen know of the cost, and surprising have not received any responses back. I understand mistakes happen, and was never rude or even expressed any type of irritation. I even paid Karen exactly what she quoted me for the cleaning immediately after the job was completed. I like to give people the benefit of a doubt, but unfortunately in this case I got the short end of the stick. I really had no official complaints aside from the damage. This is even considering they were at least 20-30min late to both visits to my home (estimate+first cleaning), it took two people five hours to clean my 3bed/2bath home that was already getting professionally cleaned every 1-2 weeks, and most of my living room furniture was out of place after they were done. I was even willing to continue to work with them depending on how they handled this situation, but obviously Karen and her company do not care about their promises, their word, or their responsibilities when caring for someone's home. ***Response to Karen*** Actually Karen, I texted you Friday morning about the cost. Remember all texts are time stamped and no need to lie about anything to make yourself look better publicly. If you took responsibility or cared at all you would have replied back. All the drain tops had was hard water stains like I mentioned but if you want to be petty and make excuses than that is more of a reflection of yourself and your company.

I had seen the ad off Hwy 88 for months before using them and am glad I did. I was moving out of my house & decided to give Casa Blanca a call to help. They were very flexible about what times worked for me, and accommodating to the fact I was in a rush. I was impressed how the business left personal touches, like making the beds, folding the towels, leaving air freshness and candles, & keeping me aware what needs attention like leaks & other household updates. This business went above and beyond a cleaning service. I would definitely recommend Casa Blanca House Cleaning!
