Ongoing Billing Dispute Sent to Dr. Mylissa Graber (owner of Dr G's Urgent Care) via mail Personal & Confidential on 7/29/25 and never received a response. On 3/30/25, I visited your Delray Beach Office (see attached notes). Upon arriving, the receptionist insisted that I owed a co-pay of $30.00. I explained to her that Medicare pays 80% and BCBS pays the remaining 20% of the Plan Allowance amount. Another office worker by the name of Seth came over and said that I needed to pay the co-pay implying that I could not get service unless I paid the co-pay. I asked him if Dr. G's could bill me if by some chance there was a copay. He said no. So, I agreed to pay (see attached credit card receipt for $30.00) under duress due to the fact that I was sick and needed attention. I also subsequently returned to Dr. G's six more times for follow-up treatments. I was never asked to pay any co-pay after explaining that my insurance covered everything. On 7/7/25, I called billing and spoke to Penny. I explained to her what had happened. She said that I had a $30.00 credit on my account. I asked her to please refund the $30.00 by issuing a credit to my credit card. She said that she had no authority to do so and that I had signed a "no refund" form. She said that on my next visit to DR. G's I could apply the credit to that visit. I explained that I will never owe anything to Dr. G's since my insurance coverage pays everything. I asked her for her manager's name and she said that she couldn't give that information out. I asked her where the billing department was located and she said that she couldn't tell me that. She gave me the email address of admin@drgsurgentcare.com to address the issue of having a credit of $30.00 posted back to my credit card. I have not gotten any response. As you can see from the attached EOB from BCBS, there was no co-pay required for my visit on 3/30/25. Medicare paid $132.63 and BCBS paid the remaining $33.84 with no copay or deductible owing $0.00 to the provider. Please issue a refund of $30.00 by crediting my credit card account. I once wrote a negative review about this physician. Over the course of several weeks her office reached out to me to resolve the issue. And I resolved my specific medical non performance issue with her, to her credit. I withdrew the prior negative customer review I wrote since I told her I would do so. Concurrent to my discussions with this business owner about my negative customer experiences, I filed a complaint and right of refund with my bank since I paid for the medical service(s) in question with my VISA debit card. I lost that appeal or right of refund since I alleged the physician, on the original medical exam date in question, never performed the medical services offered to any degree of accepted medical standards or professional competencies. My bank did not want to intervene on my behalf - I been with them for over 24 years. My advise to YELP readers, please be VERY AWARE that this physician is like no other. They (she) are a money generating enterprise. They will do anything or say anything to extract cash $$$ from you. I promised this physician, as part of my settlement with her, not to visit her business(es) again. It may be prudent if you do the same. This YELP posting is merely a caution warning. I reside in New York State and I had a travel on vacation to Florida. Unfortunately, I got sick and I checked through my insurance if this Company was covered under my insurance. Looks like it was.. They make me paid $160 co-pay outfront. They submitted the bill to my insurance and my insurance paid them full amount of the visit now they're not willing to give me my money back. They told me they will give me credit for the future I don't Reside in Florida I live in New York State I was on vacation. They're refusing to give me my money back. Just be careful. These people are bunch of crooks. They're double Dipping , My insurance tried to resolution with them and they refusing to give me my money back. This is an overpaid. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. If you have insurance they will try and charge you the full amount even if they are an in-network provider. I tried to question why so much $$ in the office and got a run around answer while paying at the same time being rushed in to see the doctor. After I saw the doctor. I showed front desk and the manager my plan on my phone and they just gave another run around answer and to contact my insurance company. Next day my insurance called them to no avail and they gave them the same run around answer saying I would be refunded after they submit billing. I then called them myself and it finally came down to them telling me I would get "store credit" after it processes in 30 to 45 days and they do not do refunds... What!? Give me a credit to a place that treats people like this where I will never come back to!? NO THANK YOU! I never write negative reviews but this is just plain scamming/skimming and the people behind their payment processes need to be fired as the doctors were kind. But whoever is running their billing is scamming anyone with insurance that is for sure... read more

Let's talk face - it's frozen! I am back to 26 once again! I found Mylissa on Groupon because this Boca babe is living on a budget and I am beyond satisfied with my decision. Listen, I am not the kind of person to hang around to chit chat when it comes to getting anything done. I want to be in and out and thriving and that is exactly what I got. The staff is professional, friendly/funny, quick with the paperwork, and Mylissa did not disappoint. She is clearly a professional with a busy schedule to prove it. I got lucky with that last appointment before the weekend and I am so glad that I was able to get squeezed in. I paid $350 for 40 units of Botox and I look PHENOMENAL. The procedure was fast but precise and with the help of the numbing creme, less painful. It's not a surprise that Botox hurts a little but beauty is pain and so worth it. I'm giving a quick shout out to the front desk girl (birthday girl) who I ran into a few days ago at Trader Joe's - you are so delightful! Love your smile and attitude. Wow! Great Doctor. I had been avoiding seeing a doctor for over a week while suffering from a bad back. I'd been hoping it would get better on it's own. I walked into Dr. Graber's Walk-in medical center. The staff is cheery and delightful. Dr. Graber even introduced me to her mom and her sister, Dr. Genie Graber who also work there. It was just a great experience. I walked in, I met with the doctor. I told her that I am a "self-pay". Dr. Graber figured out the problem and I left the office walking upright. Dr.Mylissa's assistant is very cold...No warmth, friendliness or any kind of smile from her. The front desk staff needs to be more knowledgeable and consistent. And I did the phentermine diet which is supposed to be Doctor supervised, but I never saw the Doctor. Not one time. I don't think I would go back. read more

As a parent, receiving a phone call from your child's school clinic to tell you of an injury your child sustained is one of the worst feelings in the world. Besides wanting to take away your child's pain, the second thing that crosses your mind is getting them the best medical care possible. I chose Dr. G's Urgent Care and I can't say enough positive words to really do it justice! I didn't need an appointment, they were caring, understanding, patient and above all very professional. They took my son in right away and the medical professionals that saw him were confident, proficient, and sensitive to my sons feelings considering he's just a kid. They made him laugh and put him and myself at ease giving us peace of mind. He ended up having a fractured collarbone, however, the PA gave us great instruction to care for the injury I felt comfortable enough to be able to care for my son myself after leaving the urgent care. We were discharged quickly so we didn't haven't to wait long like I'm used to when I go to other urgent cares or a hospital emergency room. Hosted a Botox Party at Dr. Mylissa's Medical Boutique and couldn't be happier with the results. I received Juvederm fillers in my lips and Botox. The staff was extremely professional and Dr. Graber is a true miracle worker. My lips look so full, vibrant, but more importantly, NATURAL. The botox has worked wonders on my forehead. I came to Dr G's urgent care for the first time for a physical, bloodwork and refill my medication, ten days ago. First if I waited in the waiting room maybe 10-15 minutes a reasonable amount of time but then sat in a freezing cold exam room for the Dr at least a half an hour and then she listened to chest and looked in ears and left after 2 minutes and said the nurse would be right in for blood. Left me waiting another 20 mins and said I would get a call with results in 3 days. Never received the phone call so I called them after 6 days and the man I spoke to said oh yeah we have the results and I had to ask how they were. I then explained how I was in a rush to leave for another appt and forgot to ask for a refill for my rx, he proceeded to tell me I would have to come back in and see the Dr again to get my rx. Why would anyone want to pay and see the Dr again just to get a prescription when they should have given to me in the first place. He spoke to someone and said ok come in anytime next week and your rx will be at the front desk. Well I came in today to pick it up and of course no one is here that I saw last time and there's no rx written for me. They tell me only way I'm getting my prescription is I must see the Dr here today and pay for an office visit again. This is the WORST run Dr office I've ever been to, no one here knows what anyone else says or does and they didn't note my conversation with the nurse that I spoke to. I will never come back here again or recommend this place to anyone either. read more

Extremely unprofessional office. Constant mix-ups and confusion. My mother was seen and told to get and sent for a Cat Scan, she arrived and received an MRI because they "accidently checked the wrong box". Apparently from others in the hospital this was NO shock after they heard what office we were sent from. They called and threatened her that they would call 911 if she did not return immediately and help them correct their own mistake and had her terrified and confused. read more
