His office is sometimes a very long wait time but it's because he spends time with each patient. Ive seen women yell and complain in the office and honestly you don't know if there is a woman inside a room dealing with a complicated pregnancy, a miscarriage, or another health issue. People need to get a grip. The wait is worth it. Bring a book for goodness sake! That being said Dr. P is very sweet, dedicated, and helpful. He knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable during my pregnancy. And he was great during delivery. Highly recommend his office!

Even over time they never got any better. It always felt like she never genuinely cared and just tried to see me as quickly as she possibly could. She would constantly talk to me in a very conceded, condescending manner, was very cold, and made me feel dumb for expressing my concerns or asking any questions. She would also roll her eyes whenever I experienced pain during my exams... I am now 21 years old and have finally gotten an answer for the issues I had been having (and expressed to her) ever since I was 15/16; I was recently diagnosed with stage 2/3 Endometriosis and had my laprasopic surgery about a month ago. My Endo symptoms severely started around 15 years old, and whenever I would express my concerns regarding them to Dr. Tuchman she would gaslight me, tell me "you're fine it's just your period", "everyone has bad period pain", "there's not much else I can do", "take tylonel", and just didn't seem to care about getting to the bottom of my serve pain at such a young age. I will NEVER forget this one particular appointment where she was judging me and even started to lecture me in front of a nurse in training for having marks on my chest, telling me that "whoever did this to you doesn't love you. this isn't love". Please keep in mind I was 17 years old. It makes me sad to think that I could have been saved of years of pain (and fearing the gynecologist) if a doctor believed me and took my symptoms with as much seriousness as I did. We also always used to have multiple issues with the insurance, waiting extremelyyy long to be seen, and the girls at the front desk were not the friendliest. She honestly just totally ruined going to the gyno for me at such a young age. I was already nervous enough with it being my first time. When I tried going to different doctors I was genuinely so scared- and quickly realized that it should be a comfortable and friendly experience, where no questions are dumb and I can speak up about pain. I have finally found and been with an amazing gynecologist who takes her time with me during my exams (40 mins minimum), makes me feel extremely comfortable, assures me that there's no such thing as "dumb questions", and takes the time to talk with me; she is so sweet and personable and genuinely caring! I wish I could go back in time to 16 year old me and never step foot inside this office and find a doctor who would have taken my pain seriously and just be nice.

Park in the back of the building, and then they are the first door on the left when you go in. Let me start off by saying that I saw four other OBGYNs that were so-so before I found these doctors. I absolutely love them. I am extremely picky about my doctors. Dr. Dilena is with Dr. Robert Nadell and Dr. Salvatore Lopresti. Their practice is called 'Complete Womens Health Care.' They are a very popular OBGYN practice. I originally saw Dr. Nadell for a few years. Loved him. I was very happy with him. Very straight-forward doctor. On the laid back side. He has a good sense of humor. Very smart. He was highly recommended by my other doctors. Then around February 2011, he got sick. I do not know any details, but he was on a medical leave for a few months. I then started to see Dr. Dilena. LOVE HIM. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is really caring and patient. I did not have an easy pregnancy. I was in their office almost every single week. He always did a sonogram for peace of mind. He was very careful with me and checked me very thoroughly. I had to go to the hospital about five time before I actually had the baby. He didn't want to take any chances and sent me there to be evaluated further. Dr. Dilena was great the times I called him in the middle of the night. I felt so embarrassed and nervous calling him, but he really didn't seem to mind. He is very sweet. Dr. Nadell did come back in the summer of 2011. He seems to be doing well. My cousin and another friend of mine are exclusively seeing him now. I stuck with Dr. Dilena since he saw me throughout my entire pregnancy. But they are both awesome! I always got fit in if I needed an appointment. I like their office staff. A few years back, I used to wait a long time in their waiting room. Something must have changed because I never wait anymore. Dr. Dilena delivered my baby in Winthrop. My son was a very large, long baby, and most doctors would have just went the easy route with a c-section. But Dr. Dilena stayed with me and helped me to deliver my baby naturally. I liked that a lot about him. I heard great things about Dr. Lopresti, but never dealt with him. I seriously know of 12 women I know who go to this practice. All of their babies were delivered by them. I have had conversations with random people and they talk about how much they love their OBGYN, and then I brag about mine. Then we ask each other who the OBGYN is, and it turns out to be Dr. Nadell or Dr. Dilena! It is hilarious. They deliver at Winthrop- which I was very happy with! I am pretty certain their hours are 8am- 8pm. They are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.

He knows I'm an Antepartum/Postpartum nurse and he still takes the time to explain things to me and he also takes the time to explain things to my husband who is not in the medical field in a way he could understand. When I thought I had a problem with the pregnancy, he fit me in even though they were busy. When my daughter was in the NICU, he came to check on her. That doesn't happen with the OBs at my hospital unless they are going to do a circumcision in the NICU. I was surprised and touched he would do that. When I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter, I would bring my 4/5 year old with me and they would have these cute conversations. Now my daughter always ask me if I'm going to see Dr. Matthew. Dr. Dilena is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I always recommend him to others.

He never rushes, he is polite, intelligent, very personable. Always gives you the required testing and will explain why. His office staff is so on point. No rude phone calls, easy to schedule. I saw Susan a few times and she was brilliant- very knowledgable and in tune with women's issues. At the suggestion of the front desk staff, I saw Dr. Livoti after my regular birth control consult with Susan, and he pinpointed a problem I'd been suffering with for years. In ten minutes, he managed to accurately find and begin to treat my PCOS (and area in which he specializes) and it was really, really great to get some information as I did not realize it was easily manageable. Waits are short and the office is not hectic. Definitely glad I found Dr. Livoti, and would strongly recommend him as a great gyno in the area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph Koka's since I was 18 years old. For anyone who is reading this…read morereview, that would mean that I've been a patient of his for over 33 years. I love this guy. For real. When my gynecologist retired, I was pretty nervous about going to see a new doc. All my fears were completely allayed by Dr. Koka's laid-back manner, his intelligence and wit, and his ability to figure something out in no time. Whenever I made a decision about my body, he was there to completely support me. I'll never use anyone else. One experience completely stands out for me. I remember that I had been temporarily using a different physician in a different practice, due to an insurance change. Because those physicians were unable to figure out what had been going on with me, I contacted Dr. Koka and gave him the information. He sent me for immediate labwork, and was the one who told me that I had miscarried. Because he figured out something that other physicians with twice his experience could not, he immediately became a hero. When the time came for my daughter to be born, Dr. Koka and his partner, Dr. Rosenberg, delivered her. I could not have asked for a greater gift; Dr. Koka joked with me to keep me calm during the surgery (I'd needed a C-section, because my daughter was breech). I had complete confidence with him back then, and I continue to have that same confidence now. Dr. Koka's bedside manner is superb. I've worked with him as a colleague, and he's top notch. Because of his experience, his diagnosis skills are noteworthy. And he's an all-around great guy. If you're looking for a caring, respectful, compassionate doctor with a calm demeanor, Dr. Koka is worth the trip. Friends of mine use him, and they are not disappointed. I've said it before, we must all make our own experiences and judge what works for us and what doesn't. I can tell you from personal experience that Dr. Koka is wonderful. There was a consistent lack of clear communication between the midwife and myself, and the front desk staff were often rude and, at times, not fully transparent. Even after reaching 22 weeks, I was never informed when I would meet the OB, which was concerning. When I called to notify the office that I would be transferring my care, I was met with a dismissive response--"that's unfortunate"--before being hung up on while I was still trying to ask about a prescription the midwife had submitted. I also felt that my preferences were not fully heard or respected. Based on my experience, the practice appears to strongly favor non-epidural approaches, so patients who are considering an epidural may want to ask detailed questions upfront to ensure their needs will be supported. As a first-time mom, feeling heard and supported is extremely important, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. While I never had the opportunity to meet the OB directly, my experience with the office staff and overall communication leads me to recommend that others carefully consider their options before choosing this practice.
