I tipped sideways, and my bed broke with me in it! I called to ask if they would be willing to not replace the (PRICEY!!!) bed, but to just come fix it with some 2X4s I'd gotten, but I'm not that handy. Since it's the internal structure, I don't care how pretty is the place where I lay my mattress. Crickets. I spent A.LOT.OF.MONEY on this move.
