2 stars because the people are mostly nice. My complaint is the lens. No matter how you clean them they always look dirty. Even spoke with other family in different town and it was the same for them. I always have a problem seeing. Had them to try adjusting and checking my eyes but it never get bettet.Don't plan on using them again. read more

Check in and out staff were very friendly, respectful, welcoming, and accommodating.....one dr in particular, not so much....started by telling us it was against the law to use an old prescription to get contact lenses and proceeded to lecture us as if we were committing felonies and on and on and on....Just to let everyone know, you dont have to take being talked down to by dr. And/or staff ....they're working for you. Voices raised, smart ass comments said on both sides. Suggested that they could find us another dr (which we will be looking for). I am so indecisive for starters, and choosing glasses can be so intimidating. But thankfully, Gigi is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had! Update - The location manager refunded the $135 difference and now we wait to see if my 3rd attempt at a new pair of glasses is done correctly. It's been 2 weeks since they submitted the order again. DO NOT GO TO MY EYE DR in Washington NC EVER!!! TWICE now they've messed up my glasses. I couldn't read out of the new pair EITHER time. They are now making them a THIRD time and NOT refunding any of the difference since now they claim the Polycarbonate is the issue. First it was the progressives and had to downgrade to bi-focal. Then she said the Polycarbonate was the issue and my lenses needed to be plastic, as I'm a 'non-adjustor'. Whatever the hell THAT means. $135+ we overpaid. Oh but it gets better - the stupid child aka Assistant Manager 'helping' me BROKE MY (old) GLASSES which I can't see without. Then she acts like she's doing me a favor and says she will put my old lenses in a new frame. Of course you will, you silly little bitch, you just BROKE MY GLASSES. OMG. I went to pick up my new glasses they was very loose they kept binding my glasses I had to tell her thats how she breaks them she said they don't tighten up glasses so that was her way of tightin up new glasses. When she went to look for them she was just throwing all the glasses around that was in the box so if your glasses are broke before you get them that's why. They had the order of my mother glasses where they could see them in the system but they could not find her glasses instead of them looking fir them good they just order new ones after we waited a month bad service. But what set her apart wasn't even directly related to the glasses. Due to recent situation and being upset, Angel took the time just to talk and address me as a person instead of a client. TERRIBLE! Worst, most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself. How long is the wait for an appointment? 3 months? No, unfortunately not. 2 days prior to your appointment, they will call to reschedule your appointment for another 3 months, then 2 days prior to that, they'll call to reschedule for another 3 months. Then, they get mad, rude, and snarky because you won't accept the incompetence. I would give them negative stars if possible. read more

Ordered glasses-they broke pretty quick after picking them up. Took over 3 weeks to get in the new frames. Had to call them to see if they were in-didn't get a text or call-after multiple calls were told they were in-went to pick them up-they had lost the lenses. They kept stressing they'd order new ones at no cost to us-when they lost them in the first place-and now we have to wait another 7-10 business days! Unacceptable!!! Buyer beware! read more

Went in for emergency visit due to extreme pain on right eye. Was prepared to sit and wait but receptionist worked at getting me in asap. Saw dr in less than 20 minutes between her scheduled patients. This is my longtime provider of eye care and can't imagine ever wanting to see someone else. Great professional care here. read more
