It took several days for her to get me entered in their system and call me back to schedule. Then the earliest I could schedule was 6 months out. I took the appointment. Then 1 month prior to the appointment I receive a phone call that the doctor will be on vacation and they need to reschedule. The next available appointment is another 3 months out!! This is insane. I will be out of contacts and in need of a new Rx to even be able to order online. This has been a frustrating experience and I haven't even stepped foot into the office yet...

They did not work out and since he did not get the contact lenses, he was charged $800.00. To echo what someone else said, the business manager was rude and vague when questioned about this charge. The person I talked to refused to give me my prescription unless I bought glasses from them first. They told me you wouldn't go to burger king and order McDonalds food. I didn't understand this because it's my prescription and they were already paid for the appointment. Any other place I've gone to has given me my prescription because IT'S MINE. I ended up just not getting glasses.
