This place is an absolute ripoff! My last appointment was over $600 for a routine eye exam! I met with Dr. Tyler for 10 minutes, then they handed me over to Jasmine to pay my bill. I paid, then I got a letter in the mail two months later asking for more money! read more

Horrible place set up our appointment was told they accepted our insurance got to our appointment and was told that they no longer accepted our insurance. So if you go there make sure you double check your insurance before making your appointment. read more

It took almost 1 1/2 months to get an appointment. My glasses are ruined because of working with Covid people. At first we didn't know what exactly killed the virus completely. I haven't been able to see clearly out of my glasses for a long time. Staff was very pleasant. Doctor was terrific. Eye glass Specailist was sweet as a person could possibly be. My glasses didn't pass their inspection. I understand that's a great policy but if you already know you are having issues with certain people you start hiring other companies and discontinue the companies who are not doing their jobs correctly. Only now I waited 2 weeks and hopefully just another 2 weeks unless it doesn't meet their criteria again. I am really glad they have criteria's though . read more

I've been going to Weaver Eye Associates since Scott Weaver was on Main Street in Dallastown. It's certainly not the same since My Eye Dr took over. I had "special testing" done in the fall of 2022. My eye dr told me I would hear results in 2 weeks. I never heard results! In May of 2023 I received a bill from My Eye Dr. Since it was so long since my appointment (last fall) I called to see if I was sent this in error and what it was for. I was just told yes you need to pay it. So I sent it to the office with a note that I never heard the results from my special testing. Crickets. In September I got a text saying it was time for my eye exam so I called the office. The message said if you are calling to make an eye appointment to do it online so I hung up and went online. My dr you had to call the office so again I called the office. They had me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up. The next day I called and was successful this time and made an appointment. Before I left for my appointment that day I got a refund check in the mail for the money I paid! When I got there of course I was so frustrated that I was telling the receptionist and she completely ignored me. No was was in the lobby waiting I thought this was odd it used to be packed under Weaver. Seems she must hear it from a lot of patients. Then when the eye dr, who I never met, came in I told her of all I went thru. She blasted me! Telling me I can go somewhere else. Saying do you want me to call the billing department for you and complain? That she wasn't the dr that did the special testing. She said do you want me to bring in the office manager so I can tell her my complaints since I already told 4 people. She just went on and on saying Wellspan makes billing mistakes?? Of all my years I have never been talked to in this way. My family said I should have walked out. This office desperately needs customer service training. They may be in health care but they are no professionals! read more

The place was weavers when we went there a little less than 2-years ago . They really gave us a screw job. My girlfreind picked out a pair of frames recommended by a worker and it ended up they were men,s frames not unisex men,s. So when she found out she wanted other frames not only did they give her a hard time. They never remeasured the new frames to her eyes and she has been suffering now for 2-years with headaches and couldn't,t see properly. This place is supposed to be a professional facility with state of the art equipment . The propblem is they got an attitude and she suffered shame on you. They also dragged their feet getting the new frames taking over 3-weeks total to get glasses. She is not ever going back their and if you are smart you will look elsewhere. I am sure some of the same people work there so the attitude,s are still their. I recommend Integrity Optical in York pa. Nice freindly people with a brand new facility with state of the art eqiuptment. read more
