I find their prices to be about 20% below competitors, and if you take them your problem with insurance, they have all the claim for you and you generally keep your deductible in full. The same company has a used car lot, and they sell cars on credit. They get customers who don't pay their bill and end up getting cars repossessed. When that happens, that customer sometimes takes revenge by posting something negative about the company's body shop. When someone says this company doesn't return her phone calls, I think it must be a disgruntled credit flake! These people have great integrity and I have always been satisfied for the last ten years.
