I phoned Kevin who agreed to diagnose the transmission issue I was facing with my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. My truck has 72K mileage. Kevin looked at it and recommended that I first ensure if it was covered by the Dodge warranty. For some reason, it hadn't even crossed my mind [it should have though]. He rightly charged me $85 for the diagnosis and said if the warranty didn't cover it, then he would deduct the $85 from the other work. The dealer confirmed it was covered by warranty. Kudos to Kevin for his integrity to do what is best for the customer.

What can I say other than I would 120% recommend Josh if you need a detail cleaning of your car…read more I called the week of Thanksgiving and by Wednesday he was washing my car. Luckily a cancellation occurred so it worked out in my favor. I felt so bad because they're doing construction down my entire street and he had to work with all that commotion. Let me tell you it didn't stop him from doing an amazing job on my hoopty. He showed up around 1:30 and didn't finish until a little after 4, it goes to show that this man takes his work seriously. I didn't take any before photos but trust me when I say that my car was filthy inside and out. It smelled like corn chips (credit given to my dog) and had dog hair all in the back seat. I'm so impressed and happy with Josh and his services and will recommend him over anyone. Here I was thinking of just getting a new car but all my ol' girl needed was a detailed bath. Thank you again Josh!

Took my car back a few weeks after that (about six weeks after the repair) and was told that they'd charge me to repair it again. When I questioned why this work wouldn't be under warranty just six weeks later, his response was "well, it's not my fault if the bolts came loose again" and went on to explain that this time he'd use LocTite on them. I've never dealt with any company that would not stand behind their repair work a matter of a few weeks later. Also, why would he not just used LocTite on it in the first place.

Sure, I took a risk working with someone with no reviews (but hey, everyone has to start somewhere! Come on now!) I have a 21' Acura TLX A-Spec and had him black out my roof and handles. It looks incredible, but here's why it does and it is down to his extensive experience and enjoyment of what he does. He treated my car like a passion project (attention to detail with his lines are on point!) and I have no doubt he'll do the same for you! Between his excellent communication skills and after speaking/spending time with him I learned he's truly a master of his craft and treats it as such. Other wrap places charge more and just want you out the door so they can move to the next car. With Jared, if anything is just slightly off he'll tell you I'm redoing this door handle or trim bit because quality is what he strives for not quantity like other places. As a car person that's a touch OCD I'd rather it be done right vs rushed. This is where he stands out from the others. Where Jared really went the extra mile though, was when I realized my ambient lighting went out. I texted him on my way home from picking it up and he came directly to my house nearly 45 min away the next day to just plug it back in. (In all fairness, not all cars have the lighting system mine does so it's an easy thing to miss and within minutes it was all sorted). If that doesn't show the dedication level he has to his clients and their satisfaction I'm not sure what does! I can't stress enough how good of a job he did, his service and quality are top notch, I truly can't recommend him enough!!
