I've had to go back in twice since having the work done to be checked out. The first time they corrected my bite and the dentist re- drilled to correct it. The whole time he was drilling the shavings were going to the back of my throat, and I was choking he said oh it's just teeth dust lol Also, most of the reception women are very friendly, but every time I speak to Natalie she is so rude and seems like she hates her job. Once I get this problem corrected, I will not be returning to Salinas valley Dental care, sadly. I feel like the staff is overwhelmed because they're taking them more patients than they can handle. Also, the office seems to be following apart their exam rooms have paint peeling off the walls and stained ceiling tiles.

Because we had since moved out of state and our insurance would not cover the repair, I asked what options might be available. I was told the only way they would address the issue was if I returned to their office in California so they could examine it themselves. Unfortunately, flying back to California would have cost as much as simply paying to have the repair done by a dentist where I now live. I also asked for the dentist who performed the work to call me back, but I never received a call. The lack of follow-through and unwillingness to stand behind their work was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not return to this office, even if I moved back to the area!!

There is little to no wait time upon arriving at our scheduled appointments. Appointments are quick and easy. Every single staff member we engaged with is warm and knowledgeable. A huge win for us is that our kids (11, 8 - we hope to get our 4 year old in soon) all feel really comfortable and at ease when being seen here. We've seen all the dentists and they're all equally great! Their team is always up front and transparent with their findings and if there's any intervention needed, we never feel forced into anything and the front desk is always happy to give pricing/quotes while explaining exactly what's getting billed for. Our 11 year old recently had to get 4 extractions (due to having a small mouth and ortho requested to get them extracted) and Dr. Coe was the GOAT. It was our son's first experience at the dentist for extractions and general anesthesia, and he said he didn't feel anything at all! Dr. Coe (and the whole staff honestly) walked us through everything, made our son feel safe, secure, and seen. What more can you ask for? We anticipate being part of the practice for many many years!

The non Accu dental dentist looked at the exact same x-ray that was emailed over from Salinas Accu dental and they said I have no cavity and that They don't know what they were talking about. Also, amongst dentists and other people I have talked to Salinas Accu dental has a reputation for charging patients for procedures and treatments they don't need from cavities to crowns. They're violating their medical oath by causing harm. if you want to gamble with your money go there if they say you need a crown or a filling for a cavity I would highly recommend getting a different opinion not from the Accu dental chain i've had terrible luck with them and I am regretting having done business with them
