I had a very disappointing experience and will not be using this service again…read more Communication was consistently slow, with responses taking hours even for simple questions. On top of that, pricing increased significantly from last year, and then went up again at the last minute between the draft and final filing, despite me already raising concerns. What really stood out was the lack of transparency. I was never informed that an extension had been filed on my behalf, even though I made it clear I wanted to file on time. Had I known they wouldn't meet the deadline, I would have gone elsewhere. On the filing day, I repeatedly tried to communicate urgency due to work obligations but was left in the dark and only later found out an extension had been submitted without my knowledge. That's completely unacceptable. The phone interaction was also unprofessional, I was frequently interrupted and spoken over, which felt disrespectful. Overall, this experience showed poor communication, lack of transparency, and unprofessional conduct. I would not recommend their services.

Don't recommend, I had been going to her for a few years, then I recommended my husband go to her…read more First time he went she said he was gonna owe $3,000! So I double checked the numbers on my paperwork (which she completed the same day) Turns out she had used the wrong numbers so my husband ending up getting $1200 back. Imagine if I would've never checked! Then last year I set up the appointment and she was responding normally, she asked for w2 and that stuff so I sent it, then she ghosted me! How are you gonna ask someone for their important papers and then ignore them??? So unprofessional, she also has an attitude towards young women, cause she treated my husband so kindly and always condescending with me and other female relatives I have that would go with Kathy. Don't recommend she's unreliable because you have to double check HER paperwork.

Beware! I worked…read morewith Carol last year to complete my 2016 taxes. She was very nice and completed my paperwork in a timely matter. I even received a small refund, which is always nice. However, now that I'm back in Arizona I'm working with a local CPA who is needing some document from Carol that were not included in all the paperwork she returned to me. I am very organized, not only do I keep copies of all my tax documents for 10 years just in case but i also scan the entire file so that I can have an electronic copy readily available. Aside from answering my initial phone call and responding to one of my text messages Carol has been unresponsive. It has been over a week since my initial contact with her this year and its coming down to the wire. It appears one document that I am needing from her is going to cause my 2017 taxes to be late.
