Everyone remembers your name and follows up with any questions or concerns that you may have. They also text and call you the day before your appointment! After my initial consultation, Evangelia gave me 3 options for ortho corrections: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign. Then I got 2 different types of payment options: payment in full and office financing with 0% interest. There are some discount incentives if you pay in full. I ended up going with Invisalign and the 0% office financing. To make things even better, I had a bunch of questions about my dental insurance that I didn't fully understand. Evangelia sorted out all the details so I was able to get an accurate quote. Fast forward 15-16 months, I am in the process of deciding when I should cancel my dental insurance and I was able to get assistance running the math! As for my teeth, they look amazing. Originally every orthodontist was telling me that I needed to undergo surgery to shave out the ends of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee said I didn't need to it. I also had a bunch of questions that Dr. Lee was able to square away for me throughout the 15-16 months. And any questions that I randomly had throughout the process was readily answered with a quick phone or email. Last note but they also do an amazing job with all the COVID precautions! Examples include sanitizing pens, equipment, and chairs after every use. I can't recommend this place enough!

They don't even have a sign on the gate! I actually like Dr. Lublin and wish him well. She even plays the music of your choice during the procedure to help make this as pleasant of an experience as possible. The whole atmosphere is warm, comfortable and inviting, from the moment I walked into the office I was greeted in a kind professional matter, and everyone I dealt with as AMAZING!!!!. I still hope I never need another root canal procedure, however if I do I'm grateful I can see Dr. Lewis where the whole experience was painless and as pleasant as possible.
