What makes the difference is the efficiency, integrity, quality and care put into the work. I made my original move with a big Van Line company. Things took much longer than expected and the storage area was poorly packed wasting a lot of space. In the end they had run out of boxes and packing material leaving me to come up with my own boxes. There were a selection of open boxes and even a shopping bag of items that were not packed or wrapped at all left in the storage area! I could not believe how quickly and efficiently John, Donny and Dave worked. They secured and moved my belongings. They patiently rearranged everything in storage, repacked some items and managed to get everything new packed in as well. They did a terrific job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!

I had removed all the draw from most of my furniture. I have no boxes just furniture. The dining room table was one of the very last items to be loaded and was carried out to the truck by ONE person it was not wrapped . At the other end I notice damage to the top of the table. It was not us the mover said it was you (me) that damaged the table. I know what happened the person carrying it to the truck hit a wall mount in the garage dislodging that from the wall and damaging the table. It has gone down hill from there. I as that the mover confirm on the invoice that damage to the table there Kyle the owner would not supply any insurance information He laughs and claim that I would only get 60 cents a pound for the damage and should go through my insurance for the repair his employee did to my table. THIS is a franchise so I am only commenting on this person. I would not recommend this mover to anyone.

I get that things happen, somehow in the chaos the hardware went missing. My issue is the poor follow up, lack of communication and assistance from the owner/main office. I cannot count how many times I have called inquiring about the missing parts always being told someone would get back to me. No one EVER did. I even called and left a message that I have found an appliance place that will order me the missing hardware could the moving company reimburse me. No response. On top of all this I moved my moving date from Saturday to Sunday at their request. Because of bad weather and they had fallen behind with their booked moves so I accommodated their request. I'm stuck needing to vacate this unit and move less than 10 minutes drive by the end of the day. I got zero reason as to why they wouldn't do it after they accepted prior. I have less than 40 boxes, bed, dresser, chair, end table, bookshelf, TV and a few small appliances. They only had to load and unload, easily small uhaul truck 1 load. Furthermore I found out I was quoted costs almost triple my old neighbor paid. I was told $1600.00 for my tiny junior 1 bedroom. my neighbor paid $850 for a large 3 bedroom move through them.
