I feel like I really lucked out choosing Innercity. Andre was a hoot and so were his guys, Mike and Alan. The owner asked me alot of questions when we booked the move and they came with the right type of equipment to get me out of one house and into the other. No nicked walls and for the first time all my plates got to the other side. Saved my carpets too as (of course) it had to be raining! As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. Paul didn't just apologize for the mistakes made by his crew, he took responsibility and ownership for those mistakes.
