My experience with this company is shameful. I called and setup appointment. They showed up and…read moresaid they could not do anything as there were bed bugs present. I asked what my options were, and was told they could come back with different gear and that it might cost around $600 for removal. I agreed and set new appointment. They came and their employee told me it would cost $900. Being time constrained with moving, I agreed. Their employees disappeared for 20 minutes and upon returning, was told it would now cost $1190. Again, under a time constraint, I reluctantly told them to proceed. When they were almost done their employee presented a credit card machine for payment, but now, with tax the bill was over $1900. What a scam. The crew was on site for approximately 6 hours. Even worse was the mess they left in the hallway and stair area. When I made payment, I reviewed, with their employee about cleaning up the mess they had made, and that employee assured me they would clean up any mess they had made. Then, with payment in hand, they left, with NO attempt to clean anything at all! I called the company and was told they don't really do cleaning. I know this company has taken down any involvement with Trust Pilot, since my first Junk Professionals review was posted there. They are very sneaky and I warn everyone to be aware of Junk Professionals unscrupulous and very unfair business practices.
