UPDATE: I returned for a fill-in and as noted before was greeted and sat right away after initial washing of hands. I had a different nail tech this time and had a great experience, did my cuticles and brushed cuticle oil on them. Have not quite decided if this will be my go to place yet. It felt great and the ten minute massage was included. The massage was decent. The sugar scrub on my feet and legs also felt great. The ombre dip manicure came out different than what I was used to. However, I love that my manicurist took her time and made sure each application was applied properly. No UV light was used. That was a bonus. She applied the white dip powder first and then the pink. It came out a bit brighter than what I've experienced at other nail salons. The other assistants marveled over the outcome of my nails. All in all, my manicurist did a good job. I'm getting used to the finished product. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. I received a shoulder massages as my nails dried and I was given a rewards card, too.
