She listened to everything I said, did not interrupt me and replied "I think we're on the same page." We indeed were on the same page. I drive over an hour to see Liz for each appointment. She remembers everything about my life, my family and my friends. She is an outstanding artist. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and you will walk away from her chair feeling like the god/goddess you are. See Liz, tell her what you're thinking and she will work with you. Overall, this salon has amazing customer service. I wish they wouldn't use sirius satellite radio. I wish they had a company instagram page with all of their products and before and afters, too!

Liz was great at making me feel comfortable, explaining every step, and explaining realistic expectations. She made a point to get to know me and my hair which is really reassuring. Not to mention, she kept me in the loop every time she needed to leave my side to grab a product or towel. I really appreciated that! Its good to know what step in the process you're in and what she has to do next. I have a lot of hair, and for the first time, my stylist did not complain about how much hair I had. I didn't get layers at all and she cut my bangs so incredibly short that they now sit on top of my eyes/eyebrows making it very hard to do my job with them in my face all day. I wish I would've just been that person and not paid her but I felt like it was wrong to do. I would not recommend coming to her.
