Three days after that, he sends me an invoice for over $500, yet I have still not received the generator. I paid $700 for this generator 8 years ago and he expects me to give him $500 without even speaking to me about anything for the last three months, and not even return returning my phone calls. He should have given me the option to either spend that kind of money on this generator or not. This used to be a good company but it is not anymore. they're communication is not existent, and very unprofessional practices.

After hearing my tale of woe, I was told that they could do the job. I stick at changing them so she went out to switch them for me, and she also had a little trouble with them. She ran inside and got a guy from the store to do them. After getting the car to start, we found Bill's Auto, near our location. A phone call inquiring about purchasing a battery led to us traveling down the road to have it installed. How amazing to discover Bill's Auto. Bill's Auto did not hesitate to find a battery and then have it delivered to their garage and promptly replaced the battery. It was almost closing time for their business but they never even mentioned that. We left Bill's Auto with a relaxed feeling after a very stressful day!!
