I called the best plumbing company ( Hays Plumbing ) who came out and recommended LEAK PRO - Columbus Ga. as the leak was not visible. I made the appointment and Thomas came and went right to work trying to detect the leak. He found nothing on the outside, so he came inside to start looking. Her had only just walked in ,when he exclaimed "There's your Leak" pointing to a toilet in a half bath. Sure enough, that was the culprit, I cant say enough about Thomas & Leak Pro. Just awesome. Recently, the warranty company had delayed the parts that were needed to fix my hvac. They said the parts would not come in til the 22nd of December. I figured that my heat would not be restored until after christmas, but Webb's went out of their way to not only pick up the parts on the 22nd, but squeezed me in on the 23rd and did the necessary repairs to restore my heat before christmas. Buyer Beware - Avoid Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air demands a warning to others. A few weeks ago, they serviced my HVAC system and charged me over $800 to "recharge the refrigerant" and perform related maintenance. Not only was the price excessive, but when I went to use the system shortly afterward, it wouldn't work at all. I called multiple times seeking support--no call back, no follow-up, nothing. Out of frustration, I finally had to call Jackson Services to diagnose the issue. The technician found that the system had been grossly overcharged with refrigerant, which caused dangerously high pressure levels and risked damaging the TXV valve--a critical and expensive component of the system. Jackson had to remove the excess refrigerant just to get it functioning properly again. This isn't just bad service--it's negligent and costly. Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air either don't know what they're doing or don't care enough to do it right--neither of which is acceptable when dealing with expensive home systems. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Do not use these people.
